Luckily I had purchased a Best Buy protection plan. The Geek Squad tech who I worked when I asked for their help determined that the Nvidia GeForce 1600 Series GPU's work installed on my PC. The tech after attempting the install himself & researching the problem, said that only the GeForce 1000 Series GPU's & lower would work. I installed a GeForce GTX 1050Ti that has worked excellently.

My Son's PC's Power Supply wasn't powerful enough.
