Purchased four year warranty on monitor broke within a year Best Buy was unable to get a replacement so I had to pay more money for a replacement and more money than original warranty

BestBuy gave me an open box nothing it returns back to send on this them on monitor no computer why would want a game ing monitor with no computer the telling could not cancel it focused to buying something is not right they never pick phone if you get thought they are not nice at all with the older person that alone made me sent all items back and received an incomplete item don't know if anything would have been best to buy due the unhappy experiment I reserve

Monitor is nice but when I take it out of sleep mode, it gives a gray screen sometimes and I have to take out and replug in HDMI to make the good screen show again.

It was a pretty good 144hz was not 1ms though it was 6ms at he end it stopped working just wouldn’t turn on so it was good aside the glitches

Stopped working in less than a year so I don’t really enjoy this one

It was a great monitor but graphics we’re horrible but it’s great for its build but what can you expect out of any monitors these days.

Terrible blacks. So bad in fact, stop using after a couple months.

It’s pretty good but I suggest adding like 60 dollars more and getting a 240hz moniter

It’s been barely 45 days and already having issues with it and since I didn’t get insurance with Best Buy I had to go with manufacturers but it’s taking longer to get answers with this pandemic virus. Not recommended. Do not waste your money on it and if you do please get the warranty with seller; you will need it.

box came in a terrible condition but the product was still usable

Not incredibly impressed with this monitor. There was so much hype about this monitor and it came highly recommended by the employee at Best Buy as well. However, it is the same quality as any other monitor, nothing more and nothing less.

Stock picture quality has a yellow tint to it, took a while to set up to look decent. Dead pixel appeared after about a week of use.

Came with a few defects and the lighting on the back didn’t work properly. The VA panel didn’t seem all that fast nor was the image quality very good. It worked well for casual gaming, but it’s worth what you pay for.

Shopping during this nightmare pandemic of the corona virus was unpleasant enough- trying to get the additional things I needed to work from home. The store staff was great and I was excited to receive my new monitor which was NEEDED to work from home. Now I have this thing all set up and there are dead pixels riddled throughout the screen. I can’t afford the time to return this and wait for another to be sent to my house. Stuck with an expensive monitor that’s lacking in quality from the minute I plugged it in.

My husband purchased this because everyone told him he needed a monitor for the PlayStation but this one wasn’t so good

Was broken have to return to store. Was very sad. Nothing about it was good

Colors looked kinda dull, and not a fan of the monitor but depends on the person.

After 2 months the monitor start to turn off by self every 15min

The monitor broke not even a couple of months after I bought it. I had the warranty which saved me but honestly it’s a waste, monitors shouldn’t be able to just break in that small of a time period.

Monitor has an over heating issue, and also changes resolution a lot causing black screens in the middle of gameplay. Not cool
