Pretty Good But Can't Make It 144hz

Looked nice, able to turn it left and right a decent amount, also able to make it tilt up and down, and move the screen higher or low depending on your preference. ONLY issue so far is that I can only go up to 120hz which is annoying since it literally says 144hz and even on the box and also on the monitor sticker. But besides that I haven't seen much problems with it.

Nice monitor

Also the box was open when it arrived from delivery and there were fingerprints on the monitor. i tried to reach out to best buy but the call times are so long and my name isnt on the cc used so i cant talk to anyone. its really annoying. im certain that best buy sent me a used monitor and marked it as new, since i paid a new price. I also noticed the sale price went down a day after i bought it...
