Display issues, this is second replacement from MSI. I am stuck as they will not refund else will never buy this monitor again

I actually purchased 2 of these monitors for my first ever PC build. Stores almost always have them at a good price and its especially unbeatable with all the features you get. After experiencing 144hz gaming and knowing they were so affordable i went and bought a THIRD monitor to have a triple monitor setup. The curve compliments it so well and since the curve is not too dramatic it is extra immersive. Sadly, my daughter through a milk bottle and destroyed one but im definitely considering purchasing another one. The monitor also supports double the range of PC because of Nvidia supporting Free-sync now which makes it that much more valuable. My only gripe might be with the stand, The wide feet allow it to not take up too much room but it doesn't extend high enough in my opinion. That being the biggest gripe shows how good the monitor is. I plan on writing MSI to see if maybe they can replace the monitor my daughter broke. Wish me luck!

Power cord port on monitor broke the month i got it and its now getting extremely hot and sparking.

To start off: this monitor is great for its price. My favorite aspect of this monitor (and probably the main reason most of you are looking at this monitor's reviews) are the 144hz. It works perfectly when you set it up correctly and it is buttery smooth. Everything moves faster, games play better, videos play better, and it is completely worth the $230 alone. I chose this product over the Acer XFA240 because this monitor is bigger and it is curved. It really gives a gaming edge and gives you that extra *poof* that you really need to finish your setup (if you are a gamer, that is). It definitely fulfilled my needs and I could not have gotten anything better for the price. It delivered pretty fast and it was beyond my expectations due to the fact that some people in other reviews said the colors were washed out a bit. Some weaknesses of the product, though, are the 120hz if you are using a HDMI cable. It definitely is a burden but if you haven't seen 144hz before, you won't really notice it. It is almost as smooth as 144hz and I don't really have any issues there. All in all, the monitor is great for the price. If you are reading this review, and you're wondering whether or not you should buy it, DO IT. It works perfectly.

The monitor looks good, the colors are great. PROS: ~144hz + Grey to grey time is great. ~T The contrast + viewing angles are near IPS standard (very good, much better than my TN), and the blacks are pretty dark. ~Being a 1ms monitor as well as a VA panel, This outperforms both IPS (slower) and TN (less vivid picture quality/ viewing angles) while staying within this price range. ~The panel is also freesync, so that is a plus as well for AMD users. (Being equipped with only nvidia gpu's at the time, i am unable to give feedback on its performance.) CONS: ~Not having a fully adjustable stand is a bit annoying. (Its TILT up and down is adjustable... but nothing else.) ~Also not a VESA stand to fix the last issue. (it is not a bad stand, just not adjustable) ~I have a little backlight light bleed on the panel i received. However it is pretty much unnoticeable in day to day use. I recommend this monitor to the every day user/ gamer.

I bought this monitor a couple months ago and it is really good. I love the curved screen and it gives a better and immersive experience! I chose this monitor over different options because I wanted to chose a monitor from a reputable brand and I am glad I did. This monitor easily exceeds all my needs and the 144hz refresh rate, with or without FreeSync, is an amazing experience. The only weakness about this product is that when I first set it up, I was confused on which cable to use since the first cable I used was able to produce only 120hz. But, after I swapped out that cable with the second cable the product came with, it delivered the full 144hz. This monitor is amazing in all aspects such as color, the "smoothness" from the refresh rate, and the easy user interface as well an fantastic looking build!

I bought this monitor and I love it. The stand is nice and adjustable and the screen anti glare is really nice. I have a window behind me and that really helps. The 144hz is amazing. The monitor comes with an HDMI but you need a display port cable to get 144hz so that is the only down side. I would recommend for sure. It has already made me better at games and moving the mouse is fun now.

NOTE: I have the slightly different MAG24MVC but they are basically the same. This is an amazing monitor for the price. With the good color accuracy, high refresh rate, low response time, and AMD FreeSync support, this monitor hits that very difficult to get sweet spot. Kudos, MSI!

Putting together this monitor and setting it up was a piece of cake. I plugged it in and that was pretty much it. The resolution and quality of the monitor are beautiful and the curved monitor made the product so much better. The different modes for the monitor also make it a much better monitor. When it's night time, I can turn it to EyeSaver mode and it helps a lot. When I wanna play a game seriously I turn it to FPS mode and it makes seeing things a lot easier. Overall a great monitor for gaming and for normal uses. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. Although the price is a little high, you're getting more than what you originally wanted. Looks slick. Screen is practically edge to edge. Good dot pitch ratio. Almost IPS quality. Colors don't look washed out though need some calibration. Love the joystick control vs traditional buttons. Fast paced animation of an object if you pay attention will appear slightly blurry. Only comes with a hdmi cable. No DP or DVI included. Probably how they cut costs. Also no official driver available from MSI so will be a generic monitor in device manager. Great deal for the money though. Wish it was a little larger but got to be the best 1080 res 23.6" gaming monitor out there!

The colors are amazing and it defaulted to 144hz, what a difference from 60hz. In case you are wondering like I did, the monitor comes with both an HDMI and DP cables.

I was looking for a good reliable curved monitor. This one takes the cake. It does require some assembly but it's all worth it in the end. 144hz feels so much different than 60hz. You would not want to switch back. The quality on this monitor is really good for the price. It runs really smooth. No ghosting and no bleed. If you're looking for a great curved monitor, you should buy this one

With the new update even amd freesync are supported. Great buy for the price as well as its adjustable in height, can be swiveled to a different angle, instructions are great and the 1ms response time is crazy good. Overall couldn't make a better choice than this

This monitor is incredible! The 144hz refresh rate and curved screen keep you immersed in all the action. The 1080p resolution is very clear and the color balance is quite good. The stand sets this monitor apart from the rest in it's class. I would recommend this monitor to anybody 100 times over. 5/5

This monitor is the best purchase I’ve made in a while. The 144hz refresh rate makes everything look super smooth. The 1080p panel is super sharp and has a good range of colors. Drastically improved my viewing experience!
