Customers are saying
Customers highly value the Prestige 15's performance, particularly its impressive 4K display and ability to handle demanding tasks. The lightweight and sleek design, along with generally good battery life, also receive positive feedback. Many appreciate the vibrant and accurate colors of the display, ideal for graphic design work. While some note that battery life could be improved, especially with the 4K display, overall the laptop is praised for its combination of power and portability.

Lightweight,great screen for photographer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good quality. Lightweight. Most powerful Cpu gen10 that i found on Nov2019. Get 4k screen is good deal without more $400 for 32 GB of RAM.

Sound and touchpad are not so great

Weird quirks I didn't expect
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Amazing display Nice keyboard Great colors for photos Cons: - Heats up pretty quick - Fans have to be extremely loud to cool -Battery probably lasted 3 hours at most with constant use -Build quality. -Touchpad When the laptop's weight wasn't perfectly distributed, the touchpad would press down but with no click / click noise. Super annoying for someone trying to edit photos. It even happened a few times while using it on a table. Not good for a laptop this expensive in my opinion. Sadly had to return!

Not Good Build Quality for the Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a year of standard and careful use, the left hinge has snapped. I've discovered that MSI notebooks are notorious for hinge issues, and was tersely informed by MSI support that once the device is out of warranty there is nothing they can do even if it's a common issue due to bad manufacturing. Very disappointed.

Build is Creaky and Breaking
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this computer for a little over two years. The track pad has always been bad, overheating has been an issue from the start, the USB-C ports got wiggly over time, the monitor is peeling away into two pieces on the left side. The performance should have been comparable to my previous laptop, an ASUS, but it's not. It performs subpar for the specs. And after two years it seems to be slowing down even more. This was the last PC laptop for me, so good work losing a lifelong PC stan, MSI!

Loud fans made me regret the purchase
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second MSI laptop, I used to have a big chunky gaming laptop which was equipped with all kids of power and fan controls to squeeze max out of the CPU and GPU. Now, this laptop with Creator Center has similar granular control of CPU power and cooling but way too many click to get to silent fans. The default settings I couldn't silence the fans that are running all the time unless in Eco mode. The laptop's fan control for this model should be very simple … low temps > no fans. I do not want to fidget constantly with the Creator Center just to silence fans. It is not a single click nor single button. It could have been billions times better if MSI could allow adjustment of the fan profile.

BECAUSE NEGATIVE STARS AREN'T AVAILABLE.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.AVOID AT ALL COST. CONSTANTLY SAYS NOT CONNECTED TO INTERNET, WHEN IT'S HARDWIRED IN. CONSTANTLY MAKES YOU OPEN A NEW PAGE TO GET BACK TO INTERNET. SSD CANNOT BE DEFRAGGED. IF I HADN'T THROWN OUT THE BOXES IT WOULD BE GETTING RETURNED. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. A TOTAL WASTE OF $1500.
