Unknown power issues

It doesn't POST to BIOS on 70% of startups. 15% of the time it has power issues with all ports (Ethernet, USB, etc.). the remaining 15% of the time it's fine. The second unit appears to have no issues.

Great Motherboard

I am very happy with how many ports it has. My only complaint is that it does not come with physical instructions, but it does have a QR code to see them.
