Horrible customer service from MSI

The monitor arrived with a missing AC adapter and missing screws. I contacted MSI to send the missing parts and their customer service has been horrible. I'll be returning to best buy immediately.

The UWGHD resolution is sharp, the white bezel is hard to find looks amazing, for gaming the 1ms response time and freeSync make a noticeable difference in smoothness. the 1500R curve is perfect for immersion without being overwhelming and having extra screen real estate allows me to ditch my dual monitor setup
