This is a $2000 laptop and after only 4 months of light use only at home on a desk (no transit or damage) the microphone broke as a hardware issue (no drivers or updates would resolve). Even using headphones, no microphone could be detected. It also frequently had monitor issues where the screen would glitch with black/white blocks. Don't waste your money.

I had this laptop for less than 60 days and experienced some issues, including a one-time blue screen, occasional heavy screen glitches, and a non-functional USB-C port. Aside from that, it was a powerful and reliable laptop, though it heated up quickly. I believe I may have received a faulty unit, as I don’t think these issues are common. However, I returned it under the conditions of my Best Buy Plus plan.

Lots of graphic card issues. Was overhyped for the problems which are common among all these.

I bought as an open box, but definitely have no complaints on price vs performance

Returning it today. Worse experience Ive had with a laptop. It took forever to set up windows cause it kept restarting when it updated and wouldn't install. Tried playing Marvel Rivals on 2k low settings and it crashed, froze, and stuttered like crazy. The keyboard buttons have this weird slippery material on it that feels like wax on a cars paint and its extremely hard to push. To top it off the screen has a lot of ghosting. Reminded me on a monitor back in 2000s. Ive owned reliable MSI motherboards and monitors. Thought their laptops would be good but Im going to have to go with a different brand for a gaming laptop. Only good thing I have to say about the laptop is that the case material feels nice and sturdy.

Its working great now. Had one small issue with the screen when playing a game on steam. But just had to switch to intergrated graphics mode and no issues so far.

Great laptop for video editing and photography editing. I am not a gamer so i do not know how it does with that. Probably amazing

It has been a good computer. The one thing I do not like is the power plugin is on the right hand side where I use a mouse. It gets in the way.

Very cool to sit at the bar or something or to just have it like a prop, but it’s extremely powerful

the laptop is very good with games is quiet with fan noise and the ai feature is so smart from the developer.

I had high hopes for this laptop. Wanted to use it for school and games. I haven't bought a gaming laptop in years, so I was excited! But now I'm just left with disappointment and savings down the drain. This laptop keeps freezing on me even when I'm not playing games. It also had a lot of flickering issues. Looked for all the solutions, but none can be found. So sad.

It can Handel any game i put in it very nice graphics and thin design makes it very portable with a battery life that lasts 8 hours plus the co-pilot is fun too as it learns you!

I've had this laptop for 4 months now and I use it mostly for MATLAB, Chrome, Deep Learning Python Code, Valorant, and Modded Minecraft. Upfront, the laptop is very nice. It can run the aforementioned programs with ease. The fan blows loudly, but that's not a problem for me. The arrow keys are a bit small and a bit hard to press. These superficial issues are not the source of my 1-star rating, though. I WOULD HAVE GAVE THIS LAPTOP A 5 STAR REVIEW if it weren't for the problems below. 1) This laptop comes with a integrated AMD GPU and a dedicated NVIDIA GPU. Due to recent updates in the past few months, some incompatibility has occurred such that when I use my heavy applications the laptop will freeze and requires a force restart. This happens at least once per day. This problem is ongoing. 2) I had a flickering gray screen when I would wake my laptop up and this occurred countless times throughout the day. With help from the internet, I was able to fix this by altering a setting in the BIOS. (1) above is an ongoing discussion on the internet and MSI has not fixed it yet. (2) is relatively solved and there is a post online that can help. 3) I bought this laptop on Black Friday. When I realized I had the problems above, I went into Best Buy and requested to use my purchased ($400) warranty service. However, because I bought the laptop on sale, I would need to pay them the difference in order to even use my warranty. I initially said I'd give this laptop a 5 star review if it weren't for problems (1) and (2) - I take it back. I'd give it a 4 star review because Best Buy services were unhelpful. Note: MSI Customer Service telephone number has been really helpful and they do the best they can over the phone. However, the ultimatum was that I should send the laptop in for RMA services. Unfortunately, I can't do that now as I have pressing work/class to take care of.

The graphic was stunning. Just make sure you've adjusted the refresh rate before hitting on the game mode. Design is good for both work and gaming use.

FAST!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD A MACHINE THAT WORKS AS WELL AS THIS LAPTOP. NOT ONE ISSUE.

The computer is a perfect fit for doing cad and cam work. It runs my fusion 360 no problem.

Awesome Laptop!!! Speed and Temps are better than expected. Very Light and durable being the case is metal.

Bought one in williamville, ny. Got it home and thw screen started freaking and glitching. After gours of their customer service end up taking it to Erie, Pa for a exchange. 2 hour drive to get it home fornit to do the smae thing. Waited 3 years for a new one to play Harry Potter, just for it to be a streaming laptop.

Really nice laptop for the price would buy again. Has handled everything I have thrown at it.

The fps remain high and there are no fps drops, not to mention the processing speed, and the screen is perfect, its brightness and balance are superior. Approximately 3 weeks of use.
