First gaming PC purchased - excellent choice. I love it.

I bought one, exchanged it for another, returned the second one. First one kept freezing on me. I'd be in the middle of an Excel file, email, or Zoom call and it would just freeze. Nothing else would be on in the background no additional apps or web browsers, and it would just randomly freeze. The second one would randomly turn off the monitor. If I was watching a YouTube video when the screen went black, the audio would continue to play. But I could not unlock the screen or get it to turn back on until I did a hard reset. This second one also had an AWFUL camera. I was in a Zoom meeting and for whatever reason the camera would change colors. My meeting teammates asked me if I had an LED strip light that was changing colors it was so bad. The answer to that is no. Both times MSi support claimed that they have not heard of any issues like mine. The first person said it must be a hardware issue and to exchange it for a new one, so I did. The second person told me to just get a different laptop. I thought that was incredibly awful to say to person whose money benefits your company. Best Buy costumer service is 10 out of 10 just to be clear. They were understanding and apologetic with every return. I now am using an HP Spectre which cannot run any video games on it except for Minecraft and I'm looking into getting a different gaming laptop around black Friday. Genuinely, save your money and get a different laptop.

First time I got the laptop: Microphone that was built in broke and had to get a new laptop exchanged. Second time the laptop randomly died while I was in the middle of playing beamng.drive, the best game ever. It kept on looping on the automatic repair screen and wouldn't work.

I had high hopes for this machine as a very high-end laptop with significant capabilities. The computer has consistently disappointed me. It’s most annoying feature is that it simply freezes on a regular basis and no amount of troubleshooting will revive it. I have to do a hard reboot and this result in windows recovery scenarios piling up day after day. The manufacturer’s tech-support is basically nonexistent, so I am left with a machine that barely works and was quite expensive relative to other computers in its class. I have learned my lesson, and will chalk this up as a bad investment, and return to a more reputable brand.

Bought for my son to play computer games etc. He is very happy with it. He said it has the speed and storage he needs and he is glad we chose this laptop.

Great laptop for video editing and photography editing. I am not a gamer so i do not know how it does with that. Probably amazing

Dont buy this. Look at the negative reviews, theyre all true. I bought this and had constant issues and geek squad was no help. They know this product is faulty but will try to blame you. Stay away from them and best buy. Try micro center instead

Has been an amazing gaming laptop. Graphics are fantastic and it does not overheat as easily as my last laptop. Definitely a great purchase

Was buggy computer think due too it being newer to market. Kept glitching when battery needed recharge so i returned.

Startup was a breeze and it has worked perfectly. A nice sharp screen, wonderful sound and the keys are just right.

Everything is perfect about this laptop but sound could be better
