This was a fantastic laptop until a cat urinated on it, damaged the power in section, and the geek squad refused to even look at it. Another repair shop got to it several days later and said if the cowards at geek squad had worked on it when I brought it in, it would be working fine, the delay they caused allowed the corrosion urine damage the circuit. I may buy more products from Best Buy in the future, but I’ll never waste any money on their in house repair geeks again.

Computer works really well, it`s perfect for what I do, Playing games bought on Steam, watching tv or listening to the radio via livestream, listening to music.

I am loving this laptop. The touch is very responsive and comfortable, got it in a very good price . its has speed and and very fast.

It overheats rather quickly and sometimes lags on descktop, nevertheless it runs any game wonderfully. As a gaming laptop it is really good.

Love this laptop, great speaker quality great packaging screen quality is also great. Everything about this laptop is very quality feeling.

Used it everyday for nearly 6 months, I've had no problems with it, runs smoothly, I use it to play valorant :)

My ROG I needed a laptop that could handle heavier programs (and sometimes games) running at the same time. So far it has been great at managing my 80 million things open at once. The display is big and bright, and I really like the general design of the laptop too. My TV was broken for a bit so I had to use my laptop to watch my shows. Sound system is great for a laptop, and the big display made it really easy and generally satisfying to watch on.

Overall a great Laptop! Only reason why I’m giving it a 4 star is because there are only 2 USB ports. Not a deal breaker, but sometimes it’s more convenient to have 3 ports.

Excellent gaming laptop. Great graphics and good display. Would definitely recommend if you want a good gaming laptop.

This laptop is fantastic. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the small and disorganized number pad. A 17" laptop can have a full number pad. Every other manufacturer puts one on there. Another fault is the fan control. It gets kind of hot while gaming. Luckily there is a way to turn on max fan with a hotkey. It quickly removes the heat, but is a little noisy at full speed. A speed option somewhere in between would be great.

Awesome laptop. This laptop preforms excellent and is great for gaming. The screen is huge and has great visual quality.
