COMPUTER ISSUES
Less than a month after I bought the computer it kept freezing for no reason over and over until I had to contact support. It was literally a week after I could return it back to Best Buy because you only had a certain amount of days to return the computer. So within days, my computer sort of malfunctioning, I had to contact support and they told me to press up and hold the button on the bottom of the computer to restart it. it seemed to solve the problem, but I eventually started having problems with the volume not being as loud as it used to be and the brightness of the screen, not being as bright as it used to be a forced shut it down numerous times and I believe I haven’t even had this computer for more than a year. They say it’s a good gaming laptop, but I would never buy the laptop ever again. Do not buy this laptop. I am warning you you will eventually hate it within less than a year. And I don’t think there’s anything I can do because I don’t understand how warrantees work. I know I would have to send it to MSI themselves, but I don’t even know how to get that started. Always by geek squad if you have no idea how to fix computers save until you have the enough money for the warranty. As I’ve been having issues with the display. Today it randomly got really big on me and I can’t figure out how to fix it. It looks like it zoomed in. I’m sure from when I “fixed” the display when I was having those issues (I messed with the computer settings) anyways. I have lost three keys and three extra don’t work on me. The W doesn’t work and the D has something wrong with it as well. Keys have to sometimes be pressed twice to type. The rubber pieces under the keys that press the button wore out. and some keys broke off altogether, I am not a heavy typer. All around this computer just literally sucks. Let me remind you that it hasnt even been a year!! I will prove that with my bank record. It was purchase 7/17/2023
