I've had this laptop for about a month now and it keeps having problem after problem after problem. The network adapter keeps malfunctioning, i had to bring it into Geek Squad several times (they did a great job of helping me out) but the problem just kept coming up. Guy said it had something to do with the software, that specific network adapter chip. Apparently it's a known issue, but that since the company Intel recently bought it (in April of this year) they may be able to fix the problem. I'm very hopeful of that. After he installed some updates, I haven't had a frequent problem with it, but every now and then I'd still have to go in there and mess around with the driver to get it work again. Then just recently a new problem popped up. The BIOS driver isn't working. I couldn't figure that one out on my own so I take it into Geek Squad again... he found some updates, sent me home so they could download faster, and said that if those download the problem persists I should just exchange this for a new laptop. Those updates aren't installing. At about 60%, it closes out and opens file explorer to where it's downloaded where it seems I have to do it myself. Idk what to do from there. I'll take it in once again, see what happens, but seriously if this thing is only a month old and I've already taken it into geek squad four times?? This thing runs worse than my previous laptop that was already 5 years old. The reason I give it two stars as opposed to one? The design is very nice, for one. It's a very pretty laptop. And also because there is a slight chance that all my problems will go away once these updates have finished installing. If that is the case, I'll come back and edit my review... but for now? Don't waste your time. It's not worth a cent.

I gave this to my daughter as a gift and she loves the mobility of this pc.
