Excellent, lightweight machine. I use it extensively for my data-laden, daily work which includes large amounts of photos combined with internet based communications. This thing handles everything! And it is smaller and lighter than the 15" laptop that it is replacing. Plus, it looks great! Highly recommend it.

Laptop had a nice, sleek design and was very lightweight. Only used it for light browsing for a few house before I noticed that the product's charging port was defective (wouldn't sense the charger and had to move it around to get it to sense it and even then, the slightest movement would make it not sense it anymore). I was really excited about this laptop but such a huge defect made me return it and I am now too weary to buy another one. I was able to return the laptop to bestbuy without too much hassle but I had to waste 40 dollars to get to the nearest bestbuy and of course there was no compensation from bestbuy.

A great gift for my nephews. Easy set up and easy to use. Grateful boys who are creative to do animation, and do their homework all in the same system.

This was a Christmas present for my wife to replace her old computer. It is perfect. She loves the speed.

Was a great computer all around until about 4 months of use. It started randomly freezing to the point where you had to do a hard reset each time. It would do this randomly. I tried everything I could think of to fix the issue. Factory reset everything. Reinstalled bios. Added heat tape to the battery and ssd. Sadly nothing fixed the issue and I had to buy a new laptop.

Its a great laptop runs great fast little monster.

Overall it is a very nice computer that was easy to set up and use. I love the 2 in 1 design. Pros: *Good specs for the price, I paid just over $800 + tax *Sleek, understated design, I like the rose gold accents *Not too much bloat ware, easy to set up Cons: *Charging cord is wobbly in both available ports and will fluctuate between charging/not charging *Bottom right corner of the screen is already coming loose, I have only had the computer for a month *It's hard to pick up the computer in tablet mode without accidentally hitting something on the touch screen

has nice feel and is fairly responsive but for some reason it has security issues when installing some programs that make it more difficult but once working it is fast and the touch screen is very responsive

The charging cord is 2ft long. There are NO USB ports on this thing, not a singular one. (My own fault for not double checking that, but seriously, who expects a computer to not have one of the most CORE components of being a computer??) It overheats so fast with basic functions. It's loud when the fans kick on, which they're always on full blast because of how scalding hot the bottom of the laptop gets. I haven't even finished basic set up yet and am already boxing this nonsense back up. I can't speak for it's performance or utility prowess, because I never got that far before deciding that this THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR laptop wasn't worth it.

Let me start by saying this laptop does it all! Be smart and dont overload it with bloat software. Ive had mine for a month, and i take it on the road with me when i am on tour with my band! This can pull up mixer software, and controller software for live shows, and i can utilize the touch screen for on stage, and keyboard when im in the tour bus! I would only use about 500GB on the actual computer, all my samples and extra VSTs are on an extrernal drive anyway! Computer hasnt failed me yet, and i traded my Apple macbook air M1 in for it. NO REGRETS!

This device brings great joy when other devices do not bring great joy.
