This should be an excellent device. A 2-in-1 that can handle games? It should be a unicorn... But its not. Thunderbolt support has been standard in laptops half this price for over a decade, and Thunderbolt is part of the USB 4 standard. The previous generation of this model had it. Thunderbolt support is embedded in the CPU platform - MSI chose to disable it. When I contacted support asking if they might enable it via firmware, the rep replied very quickly that MSI will never add it. He was a proper jerk, telling me to return it. That MSI CSR threw away my business, my future business, and the busiess of anyone I can warn. DON'T BUY AN MSI LAPTOP. Additionally, the Nvidia GPU only has 2-gigs of RAM and I dont think resizable BAR was enabled. The factory installed OS was unstable and glitchy. Even Adobe software puked on the miniscule RAM. Oh, and the ram is NOT upgradable - apparently MSI even tries to pull an Apple and lock down SSD replacement. Looks can be deceiving... The screen is just Mediocre.

Love it! It works great for gaming and graphic design/drawing(touchscreen). Only thing I wish it has was a larger screen… was not something Best Buy has but since I buy all my electronics and entertainment items at Best Buy I settled for 16’ screen.

This 2 in 1 is powerful with outstanding features and specs you can't beat for the price if you can find one for sale. Screen is huge and very smooth especially when using the touchscreen or with the included pen.

Purchased the previous gen of laptop, MSI - Summit E16 Flip 2in1 16" Touchscreen Laptop i7-1195G7 - 32GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 - 1TB SSD - Black, and overall the laptop is made pretty well, however has a few quirks+ problems. Negatives first, the battery even in low power mode doesn't last all day, requiring you to bring a charger (although I do not know if the battery size was increased for this gen), the screen randomly switches refresh rates from 120hz to 60hz for seemingly no reason (again it's possible this issue was fixed with this current generation of the laptop series), the speaker's volume is a little low, and the screen has some spots that are too bright when looking at black pixels. Now the positives. For a 2in1, the laptop has a lot of power, being capable of running performance heavy games like Doom eternal on medium settings at the full qhd (2k) resolution, the 16x10 display is very bright and the flat glass is far more pleasant to look at than frosted glass, and the num pad and 2in1 design are absolute lifesavers, and I use these features every day. Overall a very solid laptop, with a few, seemingly random, flaws
