I like the backlight on the keyboard, good display speed and clarity, easy updates as well. The battery doesn't last the longest but I was aware of that when I bought it. Miss a touch screen sometimes.

Great laptop, especially at the sale price! If you are buying this for gaming, you 100% will need to upgrade your RAM (and SSD, depending on what you play). This baby has great specs but will absolutely have lag issues with heavy-hitting games. I purchased 32GB / 2666 MHz memory (2 16s) and vastly improves performance, and the "upgrade" cost less than the laptop at retail - although be careful, as this will void your warranty. All in all, really happy with this purchase. This baby can (almost) keep up with my desktop, which says a lot!

I like it. Im not a gamer but i needed something sturdy and fast with an i7 core processor. Love the lighted keyboard but being thick and sturdy is what i really enjoy. First time buying an MSI. So far so good.

i love it and good price. It is fast but the original memory is slow but you can upgrade it for better performance. I have no complaint happy with the purchase and it was cheap for early black friday.

Bought this during Black Friday sales, good price for the performance. Everything is smooth during online video game, no lagging so far. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because battery is only about 2.5 hours.

Extremely pleased with this laptop, my wife and I both got one and handles any game we have thrown at it. We have to tweak the setting for new titles but still able to play them and at a good price

Love this laptop. Runs most games extremely well. I'm currently looking to upgrade the ram on it just to help with the very high performance games out that recommend 16gb of ram such as New World, but even that runs well enough on this laptop as is.

Overall the Price is good for a High end Laptop, If you're looking to run stuff. I would suggest getting an additional accessory for heat buildup due to the fact, running stuff like Nier:Automata or Phantasy Star Online 2 on Max, would make the fans go around 75-80 celsius which is not bad, due to the fact the game will still be smooth, but the only issue is the ram. It needs to be upgraded, 8 GB is enough for work, but gaming or running more stuff, needs 16 Atleast. Space is fine but more is preferred. Overall it's a good laptop, though i would like to say when i first got it, the touchpad was buggy, till i needed to windows update it, so it's fine now.

I bought the open-box one from my store. so far it's good. Kinda lightweight for me, I also like the color and the keyboard it's cool. I just noticed that's it's being kind of slow (?) not performing as it should be. Maybe because mine was an open-box, or maybe I should just upgrade my ram. Battery life drains so fast. So far, it's good for the bucks. will wait for a few days more. b

This laptop is great for being a small time gamer who is also in college. Has great graphics and runs fast, looks bright and sleek, and types smoothly. Definitively would recommend for a first time gaming laptop.

Thé overall aesthetic design is nice. The hardware is good. However, it does get hot rather quickly when playing a game like Sims 4. Ventilation could be improved.

Coming from a terrible HP Envy, this is an upgrade for sure. Runs games smoother, everything looks great, and even came with an Xbox pass. The backlit keyboard has four settings: bright, less bright, dim, and off which is also a great feature. Ive only had it for two months, but its honestly the best purchase Ive made, if the price is something you worry about I recommend waiting for sale season. Got it for a great deal. Only downside is battery life isnt what i wanted, even browsing the web for longer than an hour drains it but i still love it and just keep the charger close by. Worth it.

Been working great for me so far. Fast. Amazing for Topaz Gigapixel AI. Wasn't really planning on using it for games, just wanted the graphics speed.
Picked up an external DVD/CD burner.

Its a pretty good unit that is quite affordable without having to pay too much for a gaming pc. It has stable temperatures mostly at 60° and sometimes increases to 80° max. Nothing dangerous like a 95° C temperature. It has a unique blue light setting as well since most are red. The only problem is the ram tbh, it isnt 16gb and tbh i'm not sure if it will void the warranty if i upgrade. Battery last about 1 hour and 10 mins gaming but that seems to be normal for gaming laptops. Oh the nvidia rtx might shut down at 20% battery for power saving. Im at balanced mode so if you put max performance i guess it wont do so.

The computer was good for the first week. After that, I've had nothing but problems. In the month I've had it, I've only used this for reading pdfs, zoom, and youtube and have had nothing but problems. The only things I have downloaded were pdfs for school, browsers, discord, and huddle (which doesn't even work but idk if that's a laptop problem or a huddle problem). I haven't even used this for gaming like I eventually wanted to, but I'm done with this after these issues.
When using the Webcam (and few times when not), the computer screen flickers green and the screen becomes covered with green and Grey lines being unable to see what you're doing, the laptop has crashed 5 times all while I was doing a school lesson on blackboard or listening to my teacher talk on zoom, battery life is maybe an hour of usage even on battery saving, and lastly the speed. The speed is the best part about it, but I've even had problems with apps freezing randomly.
Overall, I do not recommend this product. I'm refunding this and will probably be staying away from MSI laptops.

Awesome laptop. Graphics are incredible. Low memory speed and battery life are the only negatives but it’s for gaming so I’m always plugged in.
