Not too heavy but not too light as though you forget about being in a bag. A good solid laptop physically. As for being a gaming laptop, it's great. Comes with a program to monitor the heat of the CPU and GPU so if you're new to that, you can keep an eye on it as you game. Tons of room so if you try games and then forget about about them, you don't have to constantly look for games to uninstall. As someone who isn't really into technology, this is a good laptop for someone who is into gaming but not tech side of computers. It's fast when I have good internet connection, that's my issue that is mine. And I love the standard color scheme for the keyboard.

I bought this to do video editing, and it is much better than my old computer. However, it still tends to struggle when doing 4K video. My old computer couldn't really edit and review 4K at all. This one can, but its clear I still need more power.

Amazing machine. Paid the extra to get a laptop with a nice chassis for heat dissipation! Runs great on current games and also video editing with my x3 360 camera and projects in da Vinci resolve!

I bought this laptop $500 off original MSRP. For the price, it's an incredible value. I bought this machine to upgrade from my Dell G15 5515 5600H + RTX3050. The GP66HX is literally over 100% faster AND runs 10 degrees cooler on max settings at 1440p. The highest temperature I've ever seen is 77°C and that's without Cooler Boost ® on. With cooler boost, it stays around 65°C - truly impressive. Needless to say, a desktop class 16 core 24 thread alder lake CPU with a 150 watt RTX3070 Ti is blazing fast and will last. I am not a bot, nor chat gpt.

Great laptop, I was looking for something that would work great for everything, thought of getting a desktop but I thought a laptop with this specs would be better, and of course I chose MSI, because lets face it they have the best laptops. And cant complain this is a great device.
