Its MSI, I really like this company because they build really good hardware. I currently have it paired with my Ryzen 5 2600x , Its really good. I has a great system for overclocking. The bios is simple and user friendly. There's really no negatives you can give this board other then to add more lighting I guess lol but the lighting it does have is really nice looking. Also red and black scheme looks beautiful as always.

I bought the MSI X470 Gaming plus Motherboard after watching reviews of it and build guides with it being used. This board has some great features. Pros: Ease of Installation- all the guides included make this an easy board to install Processor support: board supports Gen 1 & 2 Ryzen CPUS & APUS straight out of the box. A quick flash of the system bios adds support for Ryzen Gen 3. Nvme slots: easily placed to make drive installation easy RGB & WaterCooling Support: the board has multiple RGB and pump headers for your cooling and RGB Needs Cons No cover for NVME slots: the board does not provide heatsink covers for NVME drives like other competitors at this price point. IO Shield: IO shield is. It built on to the board like other competitors in this price point On Mothetboard RGB: not enough RGB! One small line on the board with 5 options to choose from

My old motherboard died and was no longer available. After looking into many different replacements decided to swap from my old i5 to the new Ryzen CPUs. Went with this board and have not been disappointed. It was easy to install with plenty of room for everything and clear labeling/arrangement on the board itself. Performance has been great and it looks gorgeous. Highly recommend for anyone with or looking to switch to Ryzen. Previously had dealt mainly with Asus and EVGA products. This was my first MSI product and it won't be my last.

After RMA, the second board worked and works very well. Overclocking is a snap. Don't buy this for its RGB qualities, just trust me. Unless you like red. It has some indicator lights above each RAM slot filled and the slot where the graphics card are plugged into and they are red. Only red. You can turn them off.

This is the ultimate board for a gtx sli setup . It provides for huge memory capacity that is demanded for optimal use with Ryzen processors. I have an sli setup of two 1070s running on an 2700 Ryzen 5 and it has been amazing performances on windows 10 for gaming and work.

Got this for my Ryzen 2700x upgrade and I've had no issues. The BIOS is very simple and straightforward. Overclocking is made easy along with RAM OC. Plenty of personal options as well. The LED lighting is barely noticeable so it won't clash with any RGB set up.

Not bad for the price, overclocking seems a breeze and everything I have is compatible, booted first time. Memory oc'd as well, used corsair xpd 3200s at 3400 speeds atm. No problems.

Have had this motherboard for a few months and it’s worked pretty great other than what just happened. I’m using the ryzen 7 with the stock heat sink (which is a little heavy) and one of the brackets on the motherboard holding the heat sink down snapped from the continuous pressure causing my heat sink to fall off of the cpu. Currently waiting for replacement brackets that come in the mail. Hopefully my cpu is ok.

This mobo does its job. Only problem I ran in to is the top pci e slot has the reinforcement. Kept losing signal. May not have had gpu in correctly, but ended up moving it to middle slot and no issues since.

So far it's working great. I decided on this board for my newest build. I love that it has two M.2 slots. I'm currently using both. It has all of the newest connections and sockets. Using it with an AMD Ryzen 7 CPU, 4 G Skill Trident Z RGB 8gb DDR4 RAM.
