Went to use the Preset button as directed in the instruction and it did not work. Contacted customer service on the phone. He had me unplug the unit for one minute to see it it would reset the buttons. Didn't work. Meanwhile my meat is in the pot and the timer buttons don't work for me to set a cook time. The rep was very unhelpful. Ruined my dinner!

I'm sorry that you experienced a bad time with our phone support line, however remember that if this product is not working as expected you have a one year manufacturer's warranty with it and you can apply it by taking the item to your closest Best Buy store with your receipt and referring directly to the Geek Squad counter. -Elsa A.
