I needed a good grooming kit, one that had a nose hair and sideburns trimmer. I was really happy with the nose hair attachment as it works better than the other 2 trimmers I own. I bought one of those aaa battery units, but it didn't work like this rechargeable. The body attachment seems to work as it should, although I don't see me using it very much. Like every other trimmer with attachments on the market, you end up with a bunch of pieces to keep track of. Fortunately this unit comes with a nice tote bag big enough for the power pack, unit and all the attachments. If it doesn't fall apart like so many other units I've tried, I believe I'll be happy with this for quite a while.

My past experience with trimmers/razors has been hit or miss - mostly miss. It seems as if you can't get a good combination of quality and price and a higher price certainly doesn't guarantee quality. This trimmer was/is a welcome surprise. I wear a beard for about 4 months out of the year and generally spend most of the rest of the year with a goatee and side burns. This trimmer allowed me better control when grooming my beard and when I decided to trim back to a goatee and burns, it was very accurate and easy to use. So far, about a week and a half, it has done everything I had wanted and did it well. It handles well and is neither too light nor is it too heavy - something which those of you who use trimmers can appreciate. Charging is about as fast as my last trimmer, but the charge seems to last longer.

This is one nice groomer. The "base" is light, but feels solid and well-made. I'm happy with how long the battery lasts. I've used it a number of times and it's still going strong. It comes with 4 attachments that twist on and off easily and 3 combs that are adjustable in 1MM increments. I like to keep a little stubble and the stubble attachment and comb gives me lots of flexibility (between 1 and 12 mm). The nasal hair attachment works better than any I've ever used to keep those pesky nose hairs at bay. And it's waterproof. I must admit I didn't see much use for it until I realized that using it in the shower makes keeping the groomer clean a breeze and keeps me from having to clean the sink every time I trim my beard. This is a nice groomer that does everything I think a groomer should do.

Philips Norelco Multigroom Series 7400 ids a great body, head, and face groomer from my test. You get so much in this package at a great price. It comes with an assortment of heads to make sure you have the right tool for the job. You get 6 different attachments all proven to be useful but the ones I use the most are the stubble comb and detail Trimmer. I used them both within the shower and it worked just as intended. They tell you battery life last up to 1 hours but I only gotten up to 45 mins with this thing which is great. The Trimmer itself is lightweight and easy to hold. Turbo button is great for my thick beard and blazed right though it. Overall its a great trimmer and an awesome holiday gift. You can't go wrong with giving a guy this trimming set! After using this trimmer for a while, I can say I'd totally recommend this trimmer for trimming up beards, goatees, and sideburns. It's the perfect trimmer to have around for maintaining a style. They don't seem like they're intended to replace large clippers though are strong enough to do the same job. Trimming with the guards is great but not for a whole head shave/buzz with the guards on. Pros: Lightweight Good Battery Life/Fast charging time Easy to change attachments for different purposes/trimming needs Cons: The included guards are great for beards and smaller trims but do not work well for shaving lots of hair at once as they tend to jam/pack up so these won't replace standard clippers for full head buzzes

After a couple uses, my husband found it to hold a charge extremely well, battery never went dead. His primary use it to trim his mustache, side burns and nasal hair. He told me it works great and he loves it.

Let me start by saying that one of the one of the features I like the most is the long lasting power, it fully charges in one hour, then I trimmed my facial hair, and my daughter and wife both trimmed their body hair and legs, and for fun the armpits. Then I asked my daughter to help me trimming my hair around my ears and neck, with number 2 1/2. And the unit was still powerful. The send feature I like: Works on dry skin or wet skin, it did not irritate my skin, and something that surprise me gladly, is that works under the shower. It also includes a turbo mode for faster cutting. I like the bag, it looks nice the faux leather appeareance, and it has one big pocket to put your tools and trimmer in. I highly recommend it.

Replacing a 5 year old Norelco trimmer with this and it works great. The wet/dry option is fantastic as it stays much cleaner when the whole thing can get wet. My only real complaint is it did not come with a real plastic case for all the attachments. The are in a plastic holder but that's really just the flimsy packaging. It would have been nice to have an all in one holder/charger like my old one did. Certainly not a deal killer though. Just surprised they didn't include one at that price. It does include a travel bag though. Definitely a solid, functional trimmer.

I had great hope for the trimmer but in the end could only conclude that it does a mediocre job. This trimmer is supposed to be multipurpose trimmer that can be used all over the body; from trimming hair on the head to hair on other body parts. It is supposed to also be able to allow you to groom your facial hair. It is a combination of a shaver, hair clipper, and nose hair trimmer. On paper a great idea, in execution a terrible concept that falls way short. The trimmer comes with two trimmer heads, both relatively small compared to a hair clipper. Like all tweener products, it does nothing really well. I've tried this product over a course of 4 weeks and have not found it to perform well in any of its intended usage with exception as a nose hair trimmer. But then again, if I wanted a nose hair trimmer, I could have found one of much smaller form factor that is more ergonomic. It doesn't trim hair well and trying to trim my beard into a goatee, I tried using in to shave the unwanted portions of facial hair and found it to do an awful job as a shaver. Just doesn't shave well. I tried using to trim my sideburns and the trimmer head caused a cut. I tried trimming underarm hair, again it caused cuts. In order to have this product to work well, you would need to ensure your skin is taut otherwise you are bound to nick and cut yourself with it. Again, good concept, bad execution.

This trimmer comes with pretty much everything you would need to trim anywhere on your body, minus the hair on your head (but you probably could do that too). It works great to trim and cut chest hair to exactly the length you want it and the many heads and guides let it be the exact length you choose as well. The one thing I was surprised to find in the set was a foil shaver and it works very well on getting rid of hair just like a true electric shaver. And I like that it can go into the shower too. Fully charged it says it will work for 60 minutes. Overall I was very pleased with this trimmer. And it comes with an actual leather bag to hold everything. Bonus !

This trimmer is perfect for any man who wants lots of options for beard or mustache length. I normally trim my goatee and mustache, but shave around my neck and cheek areas. I like that it came with different trim heads for multiple lengths of hair. For a cordless trimmer, it is plenty powerful for most users. Easy to use and perfect for travel. My only complaint is that I wish it came with a stand so I can keep it off the counter while charging. That isn't a reflection of the trimmer itself however. I would certainly recommend this

I just love it! the fact that it has a nose trimmer that actually works without hurting, and without the need for another DEDICATED nose trimmer is amazing! it is light weight, with sufficient accessories that are more than enough for any body hair trimming need, and the ability to use it in the shower makes it a winner. the bag is real leather, and it can fit all the stuff in addition to other things like your tooth brush and paste (free travel bag) I only took a star because the trimmer does not work while charging.

First off, this trimmer/shaver has a slightly smaller head than I am used to, but the size of the trimmer does make it very comfortable to hold onto. I do like that the edges are unguarded when the shaver foil is on it. The angle of the head is also very comfortable when shaving. The battery seems to last pretty long. My only complaint is that I wish the head was a bit bigger for shaving. This is really marketed as a trimmer, so if you are in the market for a trimmer more than a shaver, I think you will really like it.

I have always used Wahl clippers for my beard/hair grooming. I received this and must say it is much nicer than my Wahl. I use it for beard/mustache trimming, and use the shaving head to shave the area of my neck that I keep clean shaven. I love all the attachments, and it comes with all of the standard attachments that any other clippers/trimmers come with. Since I have a beard, I wish it came with an attachment that allowed beard hair to be kept at a longer length, while still being able to take care of stray hairs. I also really like that it has a "Turbo" speed mode, that helps get a better shave/trim in my opinion.

I shaved off my beard and hair with this thing. Cuts so smoothly and the turbo boost is a great function. Best part is that it's water proof so it can be used in the shower

I absolutely love how well this machine shaves/trims. The clippers don't cut as close as my dry shave clippers do but with the shaving attachment more than makes up for the leftover hair. The comb guides are the secret to a perfectly trimmed beard. For all those men out there who do not read instructions, at least skim over them so you know what is attachment does. If not, you will destroy your mane. Every man with a beard should use this. It's very portable and everything fits well in the included bag. I don't have comment on the battery life as of yet since I just started using it. Great gifts for husbands!

I discovered the Norelco 7400 to be a very reliable shaver. Firstly, I really like how neatly packaged the shaver and its attachments are. Additionally, I like the shaving options that the unit offers. I personally like the body groom shaver which gave my under arm and leg areas a very smooth shave. The shaver seemingly charges very quickly. The only con that sticks out in my mind is that there isn’t a base to charge the unit on. I highly recommend this shaver for several reasons such as pricing, packaging, shaving options, and the product’s ability to deliver good shaving results!

I am a bearded man and do manscape as well. I have had and tossed many of these small all in one trim and shave tools. My main concern which I am unable to talk about is its longevity. This is the biggest issue I have with these devices. Starting off with my one dislike and it is the nose hair trimmer. Unless you like probing your nose then I would be sure and have a alternate trimmer or even scissors to trim up the Ol snoz. Its more like a detail trimmer than a nose trimmer. I have always had the style that is circular and encased and it just goes to town, this guy is long and skinny and just has blades on one side. Not comfortable at all and it nicked my mustache a bit. Tossed that tip right into the can. First thing I like was how quickly it charged up, was dead as can be when it arrived. My favorite part was that with the beard trimmer guide comb attachment I was able to get right up to the spot above my lip and nose without having to go back later with a detail trimmer to get up real tight near the nose. This attachment worked great for that. I am not much of a user of electric shavers but I tried out that attachment as well and it did pretty well, there was a small row of trimmers just before and after the shaver head which did a nice job of trimming up before the shave. I don't have much to shave due to the beard but I prefer a straight blade. The body guide comb attachment worked well and not much to say about that. I did not use the head guide attachment attachment as I get my hair cut and don't ever see me using it so in the can it went as well. The trimmer attachment worked fine. I did not try out the waterproofing as I have never and will most likely never shave in the shower but I'm sure it great. If you're looking for a good multi shaving and trimming tool then I would definitely recommend this tool, just be sure to have or purchase a separate nose/ear trimmer.

I haven't had a chance to try all the features but I look forward to taking this traveling with me. Being cordless it is so easy to maneuver. I really wish it had a stand for the counter though as laying it down it tends to be in the way. It has a good feel to it. Being able to use it in the shower is wonderful. No more getting yelled at for hair in the sink. Not made of lead but has the feel that there may be dome durable parts inside. Overall for the price this is a good product

I have never really used a dedicated trimmer before, turning instead to your standard set of "clippers" for these tasks. With that said, I was not really sure what to expect. After using these trimmers, I can certainly say these are fantastic and I have "seen the light." Using these trimmers not only makes tasks faster and easier, but also does the same for cleanup. Beyond that, it does all of those things better. The unit comes with the trimmer itself, a charging cable, 3 guide combs (one each for head, beard and body), 4 different interchangeable shaving heads (one each for standard, nose, detail and body groom), a nice storage/travel bag for all the pieces, a small container of shave oil to maintain the trimmer and a product guide. The trimmer, while light in weight, feels good in the hand and well-built. All the shaving heads also feel well-built and changing them is simply a matter of a twist. The guide combs seem solid enough, and well, they are just combs, but given they are plastic, I suppose something could happen to them by accident. I haven't had any issues, but it is just something to think about. Using the trimmer was nice experience. I charged the unit up (it took about an hour for a full charge) and started using an assortment of heads and combs to trim myself up. While I was able to accomplish everything I set forth to do, per the manual, a quick 5 minute charge will give you an extra 5 minutes if needed. I personally found the motor quite quiet, although, again, that was in comparison to the giant clippers that I have been using. Following the suggestions in the guide, I didn't have any issues with any of the heads or combs and I found that the trimmer cut as close as expected, cut consistent lengths and did not pulls hairs or irritate my skin. If I had one "complaint," at all, it would be that the power button location is in the middle front of the unit, and I did accidentally hit it a few times. Not a big issue, and with more use I will get used to it. Just another thing to think about. All of that said, all in all, I was surprised, pleasantly, with the whole experience. This a great trimmer that can fill many needs...and do it well. PROS: - it just works great - all in one - dry / wet use - cordless - storage / travel bag - several attachments to fulfill all trimming needs - quick charging / long battery life - well-built CONS: - location of power button - lack of brush for applying provided oil - possible issue with plastic combs over time - stand option would be great
