I bought this so I could return a TV, but I've gotten some good rewards and sales bonuses, so it's definitely worth it if you're going to be shopping like that... I just hope that once I'm settled in my new house I won't be shopping at Best Buy like I have been.

The membership works well if you are a regular at Best Buy. For 1 shop or 2 during a whole year it really isn’t necessary to be a member as you get some really good buys if you check on items during the year, that you need.

I got the yearly membership, but I am not taking much advantage, so will not renew

I Love that Oaying one time a year gives me access to savings and price matching year round. I also Love that because I do Byu different pieces of technology often that I am able to have an extended return period that gives me more time to try out the devices and make informed decisions

This membership has helped me a lot; it's very flexible with payments, I love it.

Best choice I have made this year. In just three months the savings paid for the membership. Also bonus for apple users is that all apple products go on deals year round.

I decided to purchase the Membership as I recently purchases numerous appliances. Although I had some issues with products, I always able to get in contact with the GeekSquad Support team and received a prompt support on scheduling Technician on-site visit as well as answers to some of basic questions related to my appliances. Overall, I'm really happy that I purchased Membership - without it, I would have gone through much trouble to figure out contacting individual technicians. As a recently married couple, H having an access to 'all-in-one' technician support and product warranties in this one Membership is a bless (and my proud to impress my wife with saying 'I got this'). Additionally, I love the exclusive Membership Deals that is offered through this membership :)

I always get apple products so why no just get this and automatically include my apple care with just one purchase for all my other apple/misc products.

I don’t usually do memberships, but My Best Buy Plus™ has been totally worth it. What I really like is the extended return window. It just makes shopping feel a lot less risky, especially for big tech purchases. And the special pricing they give members? So good. I save on things I was going to buy anyway. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, this pays for itself fast. Totally recommend it!

Seems like a pretty good value. Didn’t really cost me anything extra so it made sense.

Went on the app to find what is the best tv for streaming. The guy that helped me was excellent answered all my questions without hesitation

If you make a lot of purchases at Best Buy, I think this is a very very useful membership to have to give you an extended amount of time to determine whether or not you actually need whatever bit of technology that you just purchased. I will admit that most other retailers do have a better return policy and they don’t make you buy a special membership to extend it so there’s that. But considering that there are some things you really can only buy at Best Buy immediately, It’s a very useful membership. If you have the money, you should go ahead and buy the more expensive version of the membership because it actually comes with protection for your devices and this one basically just allows you to return things for up to two months.

At first we only have less budget for buying washing machine and I’m glad Best Buy employee help me to pick a brand new machine on my budget

Just wanan say thank you to everyone tjere at the store i felt welcomed and very well helped the person who assisted me did a great Job in helping me learn about the gopro and the attachments i would need he was very helpful very welcoming and a great attitude he even took his time to help me put it together and figure hownit works probably i would give him and everyone there 6 stars if i could i would recommend everyone i know to go for it is a great Store

Every time I've had the opportunity to shop at Best Buy, they've treated me excellently, answered all my questions, and I've received exactly what I was looking for. Very good staff.
