I was so thrilled to get this membership! The value is beyond what I expected. And the bonus was that I immediately needed to use it. My purchase was delivered & turns out had a manufacturer defect. Best Buy had a replacement to me within days! My husband was in the hospital seriously ill and Best Buy took care of everything. I had very little to do in the exchange!

I got sold on the membership when buying my tv. Thought I was getting played, but the membership has actually been paying off. Since my tv purchase Best Buy has given me $300 in gift cards and I got my sound bar for $30!

The membership was of value in receiving a refund when an appliance we purchased was sold for less after our purchase. Receiving the payment was not easy. The agent was confused as to our purchase of three different appliances which was not a bundle purchase.

if you shop at bestbuy this is probably worth every dollar it cost, so much opportunity for saving money, longer return times compared to the 14 day period so if an item goes on sale in a 60 day period you can go back and price match your item which i’ve gotten extreme use out of i’ve saved around 900+ usd

I’m enjoying the membership as it affords me longer return and I’ve already received great offers for being a member.

I probably would have been less hesitant to purchase the membership if the sales associate at least understood what he was selling instead of blindly just repeating talking points.

Customer service associate Nina based In the beautiful nation of South Africa is a perfect fit. Patient, understanding efficient and helpful resolving issues in a timely manner. If Nina did ALL customer services I would request Nina regardless of wait time! Thanks NINA , Greg

Good value for what you get. The extended return/price match makes it worth it for bigger purchases…saved an additional $500 when a tv dropped in price after my purchase.

Having this membership has really helped with prices. Almost everything that I have purchased was discounted thanks to this membership.

The Best Buy plus membership is worth every penny! Just the extended 60 day return window makes it worth getting the membership but also included is access to special sales and exclusive member only pricing! Well worth the prize!!

The item I received arrived in perfect condition from the store, and I have no complaints about that. I give the delivery team a solid five for expertly placing the stove. However, I want to address one issue: it wasn’t delivered on the expected day, and I didn’t receive any communication.
