I was able to exchange a PC laptop for a Macbook Air, and got price match for an iPad and saved money. Also, the customer service (and sales) personnel are very prompt in giving help and guidance. I prefer shopping at my neighborhood Best Buy over any other online store!

A week after I bought the HP Printer I realized it didn't have the feature I needed for my business. Returned the item with no problem.
