Getting protection on electronic devices is a no brainer, but can also be a pain. With Best Buy plus there is no worries!!

Had issues with my membership from not showing on my best buy account so wasn’t able to use it and totally forgot about it. Only took almost a year and lost all the good deals. Wish best buy could help out in making it right since it took a while to merge my account. Overall i can say it was worth the upgrade. You get a little more discount. Depending on product.

So glad our daughter recommended we get a membership at Best Buy. It is helpful for us, as we need help learning to use our first smart tv purchase, and sound bar. It is all a puzzle to us, but the geeks are helping us fit the pieces together.

We ordered a new LG refrigerator before Christmas and it was delivered on 12-17-24. We had a window of between 7 AM to 7 PM and we received an email that our refrigerator would be delivered between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM. We got a call from delivery team around 8:00 AM that they would be at our house at 9:00 AM. And they were at our house at exactly 9:00 AM! They came in and removed old refrigerator, hooked up water to new refrigerator for ice & water and installed door handles. They were gone by 9:30 AM! Very friendly and asked if we had any questions about the installation. So far refrigerator is working fine so very happy with entire process.

I bought several items from Best buy from smart watch to laptops to a refrigerator. I has always been a wonderful experience not only great prices but using my card for a monthly payement with no interest is the main reasons why best buy is the best. Adding to this the customer service on the phone and the people in the store are very professional, kind and even happy for is to get what we want . Thank you best buy !!!

I was helpfully greeted and exactly directed to my Airpods location. I was interested in the open box cost and in learning the difference between version 2 and 4. The young man who helped me scanned all boxes to find the lowest price and recommended model. He was super kind and, especially due to my vision impairment, very patient as I made my decision and carried out the payment steps.

The young lady helped me setup auto pay because I was getting frustrated trying to register my card to set it up. Old ladies who are not computer savvy like me, need agents like her. I'm so sorry to have forgotten her name, but she was very patient with me...Thank you much.

Joined because it gave is $50 off a tv we had already decided to purchase. Not sure we have used it for anything else. I don't recall what it does, except I think it gives us a longer return period

We are pleased with the excellent assistance we received from the Samsung specialist, Christian. He answered our questions and showed us options for a Smart tv and soundbar. His knowledge and respectful manner helped us make our purchase and sign up for Best Buy Membership.

I would recommend getting this because it has some nice perks. There are extra savings for members. Longer return window.

Its alright i haven't really been able to use my perks I have yet though.

I wish there were more discounts with membership. But overall alright.

In speaking with my appliance salesman, he recommended purchasing the Best Buy Plus. It made sense as he explained at all of the benefits it came with. It was a good purchase and were happy we did.
