Glad i joined this membership. I had to return tv we bought. Only because the componets in tv wasn't good for hooking up to antenna . Listening to geek squad buying different antenna. And tv stll didn't work. Being a member of best buy i was able to return tv with no hassle. Thanks geek squad for telling me about this membership . I'll be back to get another tv from best buy always.

It’s been a while since I last shopped at Best Buy, and I have to say, the improvements are impressive! The Best Buy Plus Membership offers fantastic perks, especially the extended return policy, which gave me extra confidence when purchasing my Sonos speaker system. Knowing I had more time to test it out without worrying about a strict return window made the experience stress-free. Fortunately, the sound system exceeded my expectations, but it’s great to have the peace of mind that if it hadn’t, returning it would have been simple and hassle-free. I am always hesitant buying memberships but I did buy this one when we bought our new LG 65” model G TV. It was the middle of January and it was already on sale for $200 off. The following week they of course had the big sale prior to the Super Bowl and I used one of the benefits of the membership and got a $300 credit which was credited to our credit card. I bought a new computer and my best buy plus membership saved me quite a bit of money. Well worth the purchase of the membership.

Did not see a savings value in the membership. However, I did feel that the customer serves better and delivery set up was easier due to being a member. Other perks apply as a member.

Have not used the option much but it did give me a reasonable time to exchange a a Home Theater receiver. However, I did exchange it for a pricer model of the ONKYO line up.

If I need help I can make a phone call or go there in person, which is convenient.

A must have to make sure you can return any item back to a store without stress?

The ability to have 60 day returns on most items alone makes this membership worth it. But then the member only price cuts actually pays for the membership when you get those savings if you think about it. Solid.

While traveling my printer/scanner quit. I purchase separate scanner and printer. The scanner didn't work out of the box. Because we were traveling it was several months before I had the opportunity to return it. Best Buy exchanged it no questions asked.

Membership has been useful and the geek squad coverage is great.
