I've been buying for over 3 years and I've never had a problem with the devices or with customer service, either online or in-store. I've always been well-treated and even with information, they've always helped me a lot, thank you very much.

Overall pleased with the experience. Adding 1 year of membership was only about 5 bucks more than an individual protection plan for my new purchase (Playstation Portal remote player).

This membership is beyond measure satisfactory! It’s convenient and easy to use especially for those whose lives are extremely busy and need to keep up to date with purchases and other available items.

When I signed up, there was an immediate discount on the product I purchased. The extended return period is very helpful-- gives you time to set up product and test it out.

Found help with anything ‘ from washer/dryer combination, to computers helpful.

The program is great. I get tons of emails about deals and such which is a little annoying sometimes, but can be useful. I do like being able to finance and build credit with MyBestBuy and am grateful they have a membership that rewards you time and time again!

We bought a 77" OLED Samsung TV along with the Best Buy Plus yearly membership. The membership has already paid for itself and saved us a great deal of angst. Our brand new Samsung TV suddenly died less than 60 days from purchase. date. We called Samsung requesting their assistance. They were sending their service tech, but would not remove the TV from the wall mount. We decided to call Best Buy (BB). They quickly reminded us that we had BB plus membership. They are removing the dead TV and remounting with a new TV.

By joining it saved me $400 on an LG OLED G5 television. The picture is amazing

Pacific Sales staff was knowledgeable and very helpful in my selection of product. They were patient with my asking questions of various features of the item.

I find that my HP 67 ink is cheaper than at Staples. Asking for simple help or guidance requires an appointment. Staples helps me right away. I still shop in both shops Bought printer at Staples and ink at BB

Very happy with my Nest Smart Thermostat. Also, was extremely pleased with the installer. Every time I have had the Geek Squad I was 100%+++ pleased with them.

I was very happy about this. It makes purchasing fun because there are always extra discounts for members. Plus I do like the extra return time you are given in case I have any issues. I see the value in having the membership and will continue to have it yearly.

Great people - absolutely no hassle returns. Bought a 13” Mac book - too small for my aging eyes. Returned it for a 15”. Staff helped me make the exchange - no questions asked, no hassle. Purchased a My Best Buy membership at that time, returned within 60 days and received a $150.00 price match refund - again absolutely no hassle. Have been a customer for many years because of their policies and people.

It’s great to have access to all these deals. It’s nice to see a retail outlet try to take care of its loyal customers.

Got the membership at first to try and get priority access to a graphics card but stayed around for the fantastic deals every month!
