The person at Best Buy was very nice. He helped me pick out a TV. I inquired about a sound bar of which he had limited knowledge on and he invited another associate to help explain it to me. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. Both were very kind thank you.

The membership works out pretty good if you shop at Best Buy a lot. It has many benefits to getting it and gives you a longer period of time to return items.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. My only concern or disappointment was after spending over $3500. for a top end TV, it will be a month before it is delivered and set up.

The access to special deals and rewards make this worth it if you shop here frequently. It works especially well if you have a credit card with best buy. You'll save and be rewarded more than it costs as long as you use it.

Its a great program, but im giving it 1 star because the person who sold me this program lied to me about what exactly it is. I was tight on money but felt pressured to get it due to deals i wanted to get, and money that would come back to me. I wanted a tv that was consistently being sold out during black friday, the sales man on the phone told me if i get this program i can get the tv up to 2 months after at the black friday price, he also told me a 800 computer i bought a month earlier would get $50 back which would cover the price of the plan. I went back in with in a week to get the tv i wanted price matched at the black friday price and they said it dont work that way, only works for items i already bought, and then i tried getting the price match on my lap top i got to get $50 returned on my best buy credit card, and they said it dont work on items i bought before i got the membership plan. I was so mad, cause i only got it because of those 2 reasons. I have been able to use the perks with a tv i bought for a 60 day return, but tbh i cant guve more than 1 star because i didnt get it for that purpose, i felt lied to, and next time i will ask multiple people before settling on something just to make sure they are telling the truth or are trained well enough to explain it in detail. I would reccomend it though, cause i was able to get the return done and got access to 3 day specials

Nice deals and the extended two month return window comes in handy just in case the product is faulty or does not meet expectations; two weeks is indeed not quite enough to fully discover certain limitations of certain products

I bought the Plus membership from receiving a deal from Best Buy reimbursement on it. Love the member only offers and it also depends on what you really want to buy or need to watch for now and future. For us it’s a new big TV very sooner! Hard to say no to a sweet Best Buy promo and they are good at tempting you in!

Manager was very helpful and honored the policy of price match even after I purchased the product 3 weeks prior. The membership is certainly worth it!!! Thank you Best Buy!

Right off the bat, it saved me hundreds of dollars off a Dyson product. For the price it was worth it for the Dyson purchase alone, but now I get to use it for the remainder of the year. I don’t shop BestBuy frequently so my plan is to cancel it before its first renewal. Hopefully I find some good offers before then. So far nothing but maybe the holidays will have some good deals.

I can match any price I find through BestBuy! Great time to buy now give Black Friday is coming up. Daily special deals are amazing. Inexpensive annual fee of less than $100 - worth it for the quality products
