I normally have a lot of issues ordering stuff on websites and finding deals. I’ve noticed on this Best Buy app that there are a lot of great deals, but it is very time-consuming. I wish they had it much easier set up where I don’t constantly have the refund my spot whenever I’m looking at items and lose Where I was at when I go to click on different item and have to restart all over again to get back to the same spot I was in my search but other than that I’d say that there’s a lot better deals on electronics than I’ve ever seen on Amazon

Honestly, I recommend it because it gives you a 2 month return window instead of 2 weeks, they will also return money if an item goes on sell, just go in store, show when you bought the item and they’ll refund that, but it has to be in a 2 month period, anything passed that is not covered.

I purchased the Roku TV for the bedroom. I purchased the extended WIFI router and Roku stick for my travel trailer so I wouldn't have to always try to find air antenna channels that keep losing signal. All products are working great and easy to use.

Although I don’t shop at Best Buy very often I have already benefited from the membership because they have so many deals and discounts.

Honestly hesistantly brought the membership but i have made a right decision. So far saved 150$ in price matching and member discount

I have been able to bring a lot of my cousins and family members to come buy computer mouse's headsets and I always get something in return with that membership it's definitely worth it and I'm so glad one of the employees told me about it. Definitely Recommend.

Just started using the membership after buying the Nintendo switch 2 the switch is getting returned but the membership definitely isn’t getting canceled I wish I had this when I bought my tv and monitors and the deals stack so I’ll no longer need to drive 30 plus minutes to micro center I can just get it ordered and with the benefits it’s faster and worth the money

I bought this for the 60 day return policy to test an iPad and ended up loving it but on top of that Best Buy also offers member rewards, which got me a $100 just for buying an iPad that I already wanted. I used that $100 to discount some airpods maxs which also gave me another $50 and so it’s worth it but only if your playing on buying a few things.

This membership has paid for itself already. My rewards were used recently on a second purchase, a microwave. Also, needed some support with the settings on the new TV…. so far so good!

I don't believe I've bought anything that applied to the Best Buy Plus Membership yet but as an end user it does make a person look around more on the store. I never looked into this but possibly giving customers a chance to redeem My Best Buy Plus for X amount of days or whatever the process would be to show them all the functionality that it does provide. One large component I do like is the return policy to 30 days but is very uncommon to NOT have that in place in general. Many times I buy the item but don't get around to it for a week and 14 days on a regular account doesn't give much flexibility to setup the item which customers may be busy and not able to get to it and this would then lessen the days for the customer to set up what they may have purchased (most are tech) and then finding the time to return the item. So with Best Buy Plus I really wish it would be like 45 days or 60 day return.

Using the rewards that are earned really seemed like a ripoff. Couldn’t use them fully….had to exceed total to fully use.
