I was told to buy a membership to have better odds of getting a Nvidia 50 series GPU. It did instantly give me better odds and within 2 weeks I was finally able to purchase one. I don't know of any other benefits I will personally use, but IMO it did work for what I needed it for.

Worth the extra points, sales details, easo of usage

The membership has been helpful—especially the faster shipping and occasional discounts. It’s not life-changing, but if you shop at Best Buy now and then, it pays for itself pretty quickly.

I subscribed to a Best Buy membership at the moment of purchasing my laptop during my trip. The salesperson told me that by signing up I would be able to access a series of discounts and benefits right away. However, what they never mentioned was that those benefits wouldn’t be available for the first couple of weeks — exactly the period I was staying in the U.S. As a result, I paid a significant amount of money for a subscription I couldn’t actually use. I feel that the information provided at the time of purchase was misleading, and the product didn’t deliver what was promised. I’m very disappointed with this experience and would appreciate if Best Buy could review this situation and consider a refund for a service that I was unable to benefit from.

The Membership, in its early stages, seems to have great value. The support and service I have received from David in the Newington, CT store, recently with my purchase of the Lenovo laptop, but also with my purchase of Moto 5G cell phone, has been priceless.

The membership is very awesome to have especially when it comes to reliability from the geek squad.

Its a good value, specifically the longer return or reeplacement policy. It makes buying the bigger more expensive items much more stomachable. Knowing there is a bit of a safety net is something goes wrong.

The price of the membership paid for itself by getting over $100 off my laptop purchase. Then the laptop went on sale for even cheaper and was given a price match.

Highly recommend purchasing this, it was $49.99. Within 7 days the price was reduced by $300, contacted Best Buy and the $300 was refunded including tax.

I have been a Best Buy Customer for many years, and I can tell that this is the best investment I have made at Best Buy so far! the ability to test products for 2 straight months and be able to return them at no cost is a game changer, that's more than enough time to really test a product and see if it's the right fit for your needs. If you purchase allot of electronic the membership is well worth it. Better service, shipping and easier returns and warranty service.

Great for someone who shops at best buy a lot and good for services such as if you're replacing a screen protector, and good to know I'm first to know if a lot of deals on video games and accessories! Plus the customer service is very nice and patient!
