It seems to be working fine. One thing puzzling was to find the cable that connects to the computer is not correct. We are unable to plug the Garmin into the computer for any updates. Otherwise, all is well.

I honestly think the service is a bit more expensive than the benefit it provides. It would also be very nice if consumers didn't have to pay to have a good return window. Also, I haven't gotten a meaningful benefit from the service, as the open box item I set up the membership for was in bad condition, so it was essentially a waste.

I have to admit that I was very skeptical about buying the extra plus membership for $50. I listened to the salesperson who told me that with that program I would be eligible for rebate for any rebates and would probably have cost of plus program paid for within first year and they were right! I saw two price reductions and received credit for both. Get the plus program,!

Well, it has only been just over a month but so far I have been very satisfied! I get access to nice specials, advance emails, etc. Based on my experience so far I think I will likely renew it next year.
