This membership is a great value, and the benefits are fantastic. Javier Ramos did an excellent job of explaining to us all the advantages of having the plan. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions even after we were gone from the store. He followed up with us and replied to every one of our phone calls and text messages. If I had five employees like him, I could run a company.

I don’t think I’ve utilized this membership fully. I have save some money when the items I am trying to buy has promotional prices. It would be nice to see more promotional prices for plus membership.

Both washer and dryer are great love the different options. Different cycles works great nothing but a good review on these two washer and dryer not just that the way they look are really good.

I have not used it a lot but hope to this holiday season.

This Membership is pretty good. I would give it 5 STARS if there were more discounts for members. However the $$ I saved paid for the membership and more. It also includes free shipping.

This membership has great value. I was able to do a price match and save money on a television that I purchased.

It's great and useful but i have only used it once so far. If you're buying a big item or several things it's going to come in handy but I'd you only shop for electronics occasionally consider your needs.

I was told by the sales associate that the Dyson Airwrap goes on sale so frequently (every 1-1/2 to 2 months for up to $200 off, he said) that it was due to go on sale again soon and that I should buy the membership so I’d be eligible for the adjustment. I check every other day, and it hasn’t gone on sale, and the 2 month deadline is coming up. Very disappointed and feeling ripped off. The membership might be of use to others, but it hasn’t been for me yet.

I like the savings just wish there was more for the membership. Maybe add where the customer can pick a discount off an item of their choice: right now it’s only what the company picks and I don’t need anything, keep the money in house. I’m always looking for a sale and if you don’t offer the sale I look other stores. If you offer the members the ability to pick what they want to save money on then that eliminates them looking elsewhere. If you use my idea would love a special gift or compensation

Will having this best buy plus membership is a great value thing. The processes of getting me approve for it was very fast and the sales staff that was doing it on computer was very friendly and experienced. And I also like the benefits of this membership it gives me the protection for something that I buy with my best buy card and also for no interest for one year. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to save some money for not paying interest for one year.

The TV was easy to set up and any questions were promptly answered by our salesman. The picture is awesome!!!!

This membership is good for those who need it, but I was not informed that what I wanted out of it was not included with this plan. Stores fault, not best buys.
