Best Buy Plus is absolutely worth it. The member prices save money, the 60-day return window adds peace of mind, and the price match really pays off—we bought a washer/dryer in October and got about $100 refunded when the price dropped during Black Friday. Great value all around!

Second service rep that waited on me was very knowledgeable and professional and explained the items and details and was patient and assisting knowing me different products that best suited my needs, on what I was looking for. However the membership didn't offer computer setup okay

I recently purchased the My Best Buy Plus membership ($49.99/year) and found it well worth it for frequent Best Buy shoppers like me. It works like any other credit card, you spend money.. you pay that back. However there is something genius that Best Buy did that reeled me in. Instead of only having the option to spend wherever or spend in store only, I can choose between those 2 options. To me that was crucial. Instead of being able to buy whatever whenever, thus using all that money way to soon, I chose in store only and have gotten mostly things I need, with the exception of a few splurges. Plus the ability to do payments per item, which admittedly I still don’t fully understand. From my understanding, you can use the card on anything in store and online through Best Buy. If you go with the use anywhere option, my assumption is you can literally use it anywhere. Now with that said, using in store comes with perks, I’ll go ahead and assume those perks don’t apply at another store. This is a great option for a credit card. Work as you’d expect and I haven’t had anything happen behind the scenes that would make me want to stop using it. I buy, I pay back. Super simple!

If you shop at Best Buy more than once a year, this is a no-brainer. The free 2-day shipping is great, but the real value for me is the extended 60-day return window. It takes the stress out of buying expensive tech because I have two full months to decide if I want to keep it.

I saved up and bought everything i needed from best buy in a single month so j could save lots of money and only have to spend the $50 for a singular time

I thought this membership made a lot of sense for things like electronics as there were incentive kickbacks as well as extended return windows on TVs from 15 to 90 days. Overall it was a good membership; however, the rotating offers didn't line up with what I was shopping at the time making it less valuable in my opinion.

I love my new game it is fun and interesting. A twist on normal shop games. Although i am disappointed in the shipping. I paid to get it early instead of doing the free shipping. It came late. I received it on the day free shipping would have had it here. So i am angry that i had to pay for shipping if i didn't get it any earlier.

I have been a best buy member for years. Everyone has their store that they have to be a member. This is ours. All of our electronics are bought through best buy. We knkw we are getting the best product and Best buy stands behind their products. The only store i have never had an issue with getting assistance to figure out an issue or replace a product. They also have trade in options which we use to upgrade computers. We always used Lake Geneva WI bestbuy, I have since moved to another state and we do NOT get the same customer service here. So I just buy online now. Lake Geneva set the bar high!

Great if you intend to purchase other items. I was informed when I purchased this I would receive $100 into the account I used to purchase it. Instead I received $100 in gift certificates and only after I called several times. Deceiving in attempt to get you to purchase this.

The staff member that dealt with was very thorough to make sure that I understood my options with my home computer. He gave me several options and I was satisfied with the outcome. Earlier I purchased a new desk computer and recently I purchased a new computer. Best Buy is going to transfer my memory to my new computer. Thank goodness that Best Buy is near my home. I was hesitant on having a subscription, but the value this gives is great for those that frequently BestBuy. Not only was I able to get $300 back for my phone, but receiving randomly $35 of credit in my account is great. Genuinely, I've made back my $50 for the subscription, and only received more.

Having made a few big purchases this year from BestBuy, this program gives the the comfort/confidence to buy a product, use it (which is the only way to know if you'll like it) and return it, if it's not a good fit. I did this for a very big, very expensive monitor, and it helped me find one that I'll never return.

Having this membership really does have a lot of beneficial options to it. The fact that you have 60 days to return, something is phenomenal. It gives you enough chance to actually see if you like the item and if you don’t like it, you can return it, but you have enough time to find out. To return window to and price matching ability is also a big bonus! 60 days and the item goes on sale you get the difference wonderful! Geek squad attention if needed is an absolute bonus too!
