Wanted all files on old computer transferred to the new Dell. Eric was great in setting up the Dell but the files didn't transfer - some of the programs did but no data. Went into Geek Squad and they gave me a Thumb Drive with supposedly all the data on it but I can't find the place to plug it in.

Last month, I accidentally stepped on my laptop and had to replace it. I went to Best Buy and had a wonderful experience. The salesperson was very knowledgable and friendly. He suggested purchasing the membership. I was hesitant at first, but with all the benefits I received, it has already paid for itself and then some. Highly recommended!

Its a great membership to have. Within a week after i bought my tv and sound bar i was back n the store and noticed the price droped on both so i went to check out and told them.i gor a credit back to my card for the difference.

I have had the Best Buy Plus membership for a while now and it definitely pays for itself if you shop at Best Buy as often as I do.

I have had good cash backs with devices that have gone down on price

I purchased a 48-inch OLED Samsung TV after my 42-inch basic TV failed under warranty but could not be repaired. The Best Buy warranty process is quite involved and I needed the assistance of a Best Buy " Premium Advisor" to complete the sale. It required several return visits to the store but was eventually successful.

Saved me nearly $500 on an xbox controller and a $1000 tv for $50. And i have 3 months to exchange/return if price drops or i dont like it. And its almost black friday

The extended return window and faster shipping are the two perks I was most interested in. It's a way better deal than Amazon Prime overall for my use. My one complaint is a lack of an option to explicitly select a carrier. If you are in one of the select few places that don't get mail service, you unfortunately cannot get the guaranteed two day shipping to a PO Box. Sometimes BBY will send via USPS to your physical address instead of UPS. When that happens I have had the package bounce back before I could get to the PO to ask them to look for it.

I wasn't really briefed a whole lot on what this program entails. However, if it gets me Geek Squad support for no extra charge it will be worth it if I need it.

Members prices plus longer return period make it worth it. Would recommend as long as you're not putting things on a credit card. Buy stuff, pay it when the bill comes. Don't fall into the interest trap.

This membership has been great I am able to get all of the good deals and more. It is reasonably priced as well!

This membership could save us some money. If our laptop that we purchased in October goes on sale for Christmas we have been promised the difference in price as a refund.
