Gives you longer to return something, and maybe has a few items a little cheaper as a result, but having to pay for that privilege seems like another way companies are just looking out to gouge consumers. I would give it 3 stars, but the only reason why I give it 4 is this is just the world we live in now. Without this charge, retailers like Best Buy would just lose against the Amazons of this new world. So, if you want to touch/feel/play with the products before you buy, you need to have the Best Buys still around.

I like that I can opt out if I don't use it. The help center was helpful when my package ended up not coming on time. The package was delayed a month though. I like that I can get the best price with price matching though.

I am a 79 year-old man who is daunted by all things electronic and I live 50 miles away. Best Buy employees always treat me politely and with patience. They have helped me with the purchase and trouble-shooting of computers. They have helped me purchase TVs and their installations. I think they are great.

At first I was skeptical but decided to purchase this for the price protection and return policy. It paid for itself within 2 weeks since the item went on sale for $50 less than I originally paid. Best Buy refunded the difference to me without a hassle. I enjoy the member benefits and price drops. I highly recommend adding this to your purchase.

Did not see a savings value in the membership. However, I did feel that the customer serves better and delivery set up was easier due to being a member. Other perks apply as a member.

The membership is a great addition, because it allows me to return items up to sixty days. It also allows me to see specials and promotions before nonmembers.

the Best Buy plus program has more than paid for itself with the number of times have had to replace screen protectors. Particularly with a teenager that is rougher on phones.

I was advised to get this when I made a sizeable purchase. For 60 days after my purchase, if I found a lower price on something I had bought, either from BestBuy or a main competitor, I would receive a refund. Within a few days of my purchase, one of my items was $200 cheaper. I went thru the process of notifying Best Buy and received a refund. So this worked out for me.

I paid for this membership and so far it has almost paid for itself.
