Since Best Buy has been my GoTo store for computers / software, tv's, appliances, music and many other items, I feel pretty confident (and have benefitted already) that this will be a wise investment long term.

Great for online orders and big ticket purchases. With this you can save on shipping costs and returns.

Help and support is hit or miss - sometimes helpful, sometimes rude, sometimes nothing much at all. Support is overseas-based, so complicated situations require more time and more explanations. If you shop at Best Buy frequently, you may be able to get some better prices. The extended return period is nice, as well as the longer price guarantee.

So far so good! After I purchased a TV and Sound Bar, I watched the deals of the day. Then, about 5 weeks later I noticed that both of these had had price reductions and were on sale. I went in to BB to inquire. I was credited the difference from my purchase so that I was given the sale price retroactively. It was easy and well worth the price of the membership!

Easy to earn and redeem rewards. Plus added extra deals and promotions are great.

Recommended if you bought something expensive bc it extends the refund and return, from 15 days to 60 days

Have not used the option much but it did give me a reasonable time to exchange a a Home Theater receiver. However, I did exchange it for a pricer model of the ONKYO line up.

This membership is great value and i would definitely recommend it

I have purchased many large items from Best Buy because the prices are very fair, compared to many other stores. There is no high pressure to buy whatever you are looking for, but all questions will be answered. I have purchased refrigerators, computers, small appliances, televisions and many other items which I have been very pleased with. I will continue shopping here.

Benefits are "nice to have" at best, discounts on specific items can be nice when available but other retailers would have sales that's not far from the "member" prices offered. Shipping perk be one of the main reason why I purchased it as overall experience with their distribution centers is far superior to other retailers in terms of quality of packaging.

At first I was leery about this but I am glad I joined. This has provided great benefits to my products that I purchase from Best Buy.

As someone who shops at Best Buy first for all electronics needs, whether that be personal or business needs (Hotel Management). Best Buy plus brings many perks. Such as free Two-Day shipping, exclusive discounts and an extended return window. All three of these have been super useful, if I need to add in a new TVs for some of my Rooms, I got a new TVs in two days. If I get a defective TV or any electronic item I bought and or it started messing up after 30 days? Easy exchange or return. Even the discounts on TVs or even the heavy discounts on Apple Products (our family owned Business runs on Apple Products) is absolutely useful in saving us money and putting it towards where it needs to go! As a business owner or even just regular Best Buy Customer, this is really just a quality of life decision. You will enjoy the perks and feel more confident in your purchases!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a 77" OLED Samsung TV. The price was right and included a free install which were were really grateful for. Install techs did a great job and accomplished in 90 minutes what would have taken me all week-end. They had the right tools and spacers which were badly needed. Sales team at Eden Prairie store were great and everything they promised turned out to be spot-on including the $170 in store credit which we used for a new digital watch. For us it was a great experience.
