I joined the Best Buy plus membership primarily for the two months of price match guarantees. I have benefited from price match guarantees, but the process to obtain price matches is very frustrating and inconsistent. Best Buy customer service is not very helpful, but their web-based live agent chat process does resolve ongoing issues to honor their own price match deals. Also, the Best Buy app is supposed to notify users when you mark an item for price drops, but that app feature very rarely works as advertised. At the end of the day, I have benefited from my Best Buy plus membership to receive price drops on items I have purchased, but it requires a lot of my time to ensure the price matches offered internal to Best Buy themselves are credited to my account.

I had to replace a computer that I bought in April because in July I opened it and found the blue page of death. The staff at Ridgedale Best Buy were so helpful and I was able to leave with a new computer in place of the older one. Having the membership is what let this happen.

Love the protection plan on purchases and longer return time if needed.

Having Best Buy Plus Membership is peace of mind and real value. I love the unlimited Geek Squad Support provided especially my all time favorite Agent Garcia. Though, I feel it is a little pricey but the value of getting the protection plan on our electronic purchases is beyond measure. A very Happy and Protected all time BEST BUY purchaser!

I really like this membership, as it covers my household items, phones, and I have geek squad. The yearly price is great for its perks. Everything for my house I am able to get a plan for it and it’s protected under this membership

Was awesome for what I used it for; extended return policy and discounted prices. Saved more than the cost of the membership with one purchase. I recently moved up my membership bc I misread that the "plus" does not cover products like a warranty would. Getting two new apple products, I wanted the coverage, so I moved up. Be smart with your purchase and make sure you're getting what you want. 5 stars bc it did do exactly what it advertised it would.

Pretty good memberships. Paid for it when i bought our livingroom tv thinking nothing of it. Was told id get discounts on certain purchases & help with geeksquad. When our router/modem went out because of how old it was, i went to best buy to get a new one and got a pretty good discount. Then the same for my son's laptop and earbuds. I think i might renew.

I enjoy all the deals and early access to teams. Definitely worth it to have.

Best Buy’s membership program is actually pretty solid. If you shop there even semi-regularly, it basically pays for itself. The member-only discounts are legit, and free shipping on most stuff is a nice perk—because let’s be real, nobody likes paying for shipping.

Being a bestbuy plus member, i have the advantages of 60 days return window access on new sale and very convenient to buy things online.

Best Buy Plus membership...you need if you need to return anything pass 14 or 30 days. It pays for itself if you forget things like me.
