The whole experience with the purchase of my new TV was great. I came to Best Buy a few times to shop and each time the sales person was knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. After the purchase I had Geek Squad deliver and install the TV and sound bar. These two guys were very pleasant and helpful. They were neat, fast and certainly knew what they were doing. Everyone I dealt with made the whole experience very pleasant and easy!

Easily paid for itself with all the 2-day or 1-day free shipping. I have price-matched multiple things with the extended price match window with membership and it's saved me more than it cost me. Also, I love the member-only prices for certain items. I have bought way more things than I should have or would have, but I love it.

So far, so good. Been using the better sale prices when i purchase.

The membership got me a great initial offer on a Denon 4800h AVR. Other than that I am not sure if it's gonna have any value. The best buy card has a great introductory offer so if your gonna spend serious money the 15% cash back is pretty sweet

We had what might otherwise been a problem with a return of a defective item. Cliff (if I'm remembering his name) helped us get it quickly resolved and it was his compassion and knowledge that impressed us tremendously and, in fact, influenced our decision to join Best Buy Plus.

I signed up for Best Buy Plus for $49, and I can honestly say it paid for itself many times over. I purchased both an iPad and a Samsung device and ended up saving more than $300 thanks to the exclusive member deals and discounts. The savings were immediate and made a huge difference. If you’re planning to make any major tech purchases, the membership is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

This seemed to be a good deal but……. We purchased a tv and we’re waiting the two weeks to be delivered. The day before the delivery date given us in store it was pushed back three more weeks. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Canceled order and purchased the same tv for $700.00 less from an another store. Bad customer service that can’t speak English and the store doesn’t have a phone to speak with employees to help you. Bad business practices all around.

They got me a bumch of money back in rebates after my recent purchase.

When I tried to send my concerns about my purchase - there was a field with no explanation that I could not fill in. So my complaint/concern was ignored.
