Jon was very helpful. He understand what I was looking for in a beautiful TV quality sound unique he was very thorough on what customers want.

This comes in handy and doesn’t cost me that much and I can cancel it anytime I want it works out pretty well. I like it.

I Have bern using Webroot for over 15 years. I have been very pleased with wetroot making sure my phone and two computers are free from viruses, malware and fake predators. I Wish the price was cheaper as I am on Medicare.

It’s been a while since my last visit at Best Buy and when spoke to an associate I found out that my account has been closed. She was able to re activated it quick and the reason I was there is I’m going to buy an 83’ TV and asked her if it’s possible to deliver it in Austin, Tx area and I was surprised with her big “YES” response. And to make it short, they deliver the TV in good condition.

This new membership plan is just ok. I don't really like it very much because you all took away the points systems where you accumulated points that was a dollar value that you could use on purchases. Now I get it you have discounts that are for the Plus members only but the old system allows you to use your points on any item in the store.....

I had a tv and a computer delivered. From the sale to the installation everything went smoothly. The guys I worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Best Buy.

Always getting better pricing with this membership

Giovanni and Marcos were amazing! They were super patient and even assisted me with deciding on which pair of AirPods to purchase. They were both kind and understanding of what I expressed my needs to be in a new pair of AirPods. They explained the Best Buy Plus membership options extremely well; so well that I didn’t want to leave the store without one! I’m looking forward to making more purchases from this location and with the team.

I tried to use the price match feature on a legitimate price match (memorial day sale) that would have saved me $100. The support teams said it didn't qualify as it was a bundle - however I also purchased my washer and dryer as a bundle. I emailed the sales rep in the store and did not receive a reply. For that reason I give this 3 stars as it did not fulfill the reason I bought. I did get a $25 gift card which I used so at least I got part of the cost back. Will not plan to renew unless we can get the price match solved.

The membership helps tremendously. When My daughter Katie & Me purchased items then had TV & things scheduled for delivery & set up the BEST BUY team did an excellent job! They notified us ahead of time, came out & set very fast & was so helpful while being informative. I highly suggest the team for future deliveries Great job!

We had a great experience purchasing and setting up my Apple Watch. The sales person went above and beyond setting my new watch up as well as explaining what he was doing and why. He also gave me a basic tutorial on the basics while showing me on my new watch. His assistance made it much easier for me rather than trying to set the watch up myself.

I mean its not like this game changing thing but if your a frequent flyer i definitely recommend

Purchased a Mirosoft Surface Tablet 2 in 1, Normally, I do not believe in purchasing memberships; however, Staff's explanation of members pricing and services offered was appealing since I wasn't purchasing a keyboard immediately. Returned and purchased keyboard...happy I was able to get it at members price.

My experience with the staff was very good. The sales person took time to inform me about my purchase.

It's great to have if you are making a large purchase. I was able to do a price match several weeks after purchase due to the extended return window. This saved me about $200 (minus the cost of the membership of course), so in this instance it paid for itself about 3 times over.

The clerk said by getting The Best Buy Plus Rewards I would initially save money on the current purchase I was making. Since then I have received promotional offers on many things I have purchased. Plus longer return window is a nice perk. I have easily saved $250, so buying the Best Buy Plus has been a great investment.
