It’s been a while since my last visit at Best Buy and when spoke to an associate I found out that my account has been closed. She was able to re activated it quick and the reason I was there is I’m going to buy an 83’ TV and asked her if it’s possible to deliver it in Austin, Tx area and I was surprised with her big “YES” response. And to make it short, they deliver the TV in good condition.

I have bought an appliance from Best Buy store last month and love it. The price was right for the brand name appliance. The installation was scheduled the next day and it worked perfectly. We are happy to get what we want.

It's great to have if you are making a large purchase. I was able to do a price match several weeks after purchase due to the extended return window. This saved me about $200 (minus the cost of the membership of course), so in this instance it paid for itself about 3 times over.

This is a valuable membership with many great benefits! Free shipping and member only deals top the list for me!

Didn't really use it and with sales often I don't think the sales with best buy plus stands out much. Extended return policy on big ticket items is good for piece of mind I guess.

The My Best Buy Plus membership was worth every penny. I got the offer that if I sign up and then made purchase of $500 or more than I will get a $50 gist card. SO I signed up, because I purchase most of tech stuff from best buy. I utilized the offer and preorder the google pixel 8 pro phone and got the pixel watch 2 for free. when I took my delivery within a month I got the $50 e-gift card. so the membership cost me nothing for this time. And you know the real benefit comes when we do trade in our old deck at the store we get 10% extra trade in value. I traded in my 2 old iPhone SE, Apple Watches and air pod pros and wow 10% more was fun. The membership was worth every penny. this was not the last thing, plus members has discounted rates this I come to know when I made my TV purchase and save ~$250 on the TV. I am loving it.

Great value for the price!I have already used the price match benefit they give and I totally recommend.

I tried to use the price match feature on a legitimate price match (memorial day sale) that would have saved me $100. The support teams said it didn't qualify as it was a bundle - however I also purchased my washer and dryer as a bundle. I emailed the sales rep in the store and did not receive a reply. For that reason I give this 3 stars as it did not fulfill the reason I bought. I did get a $25 gift card which I used so at least I got part of the cost back. Will not plan to renew unless we can get the price match solved.

We had a great experience purchasing and setting up my Apple Watch. The sales person went above and beyond setting my new watch up as well as explaining what he was doing and why. He also gave me a basic tutorial on the basics while showing me on my new watch. His assistance made it much easier for me rather than trying to set the watch up myself.

Only been a benefit so far. Already used it for the price matching. Totally worth it if you shop even a little at best buy. I've only purchased from there twice this year and it already paid for itself.

The membership helps tremendously. When My daughter Katie & Me purchased items then had TV & things scheduled for delivery & set up the BEST BUY team did an excellent job! They notified us ahead of time, came out & set very fast & was so helpful while being informative. I highly suggest the team for future deliveries Great job!
