Love it has so many perks amazing membership a must have !!!

So far this membership has been a great addition to my already great best buy account and without it i dont know what id do its a must for tech lovers

Membership has a bunch of awesome perks. Also, when I bought my new setup in store, it extended the return period to 60 days to have a longer period to see how the setup fit me.

This membership was a great incentive to our tv purchase. I look forward to seeing the new deals sent to my email.

I hadn't been in a Best Buy store for many years. I purchased a HP Desktop combo. Although I had to make 3 visits to the store; I was treated with the utmost respect. I'm a senior & have been retired for 8 years. It's definitely been a learning curve to familiarize myself with a touch screen, Wi-Fi mouse & keyboard & a very wide screen. All of the Best Buy employees were very forthcoming in explaining every detail to make my purchase even easier on me. On my 2nd visit, one of the employees greeted me with such enthusiasm & made my visit even more worthwhile dealing with the Geek Squad & customer service.

Saved money on my purchase. Item I purchased went on sale within 60 days and I was able to get a rebate.

It is nice to have a larger return window for me to return gifts if I need to.

We had our new TV delivered yesterday. Jaamale was wonderful. He and his mate not only helped with the set-up of the new TV, but made sure that all in log-ins were done properly. It was great.

I like the Best Buy Plus Membership because it offers a lot of value. I order online a lot and enjoy the free 2 day shipping. I also get exclusive member prices and access to sales and events. I have peace of mind knowing I have an extended 60 day return window on most items. I would recommend this membership, with all the discounts, it pays for itself!

It was easy to get an appointment at the Geek Squad for a computer repair. The person with whom I spoke made the appointment for an after work time and took copious notes on the issue I was having--including that I need my computer for work and could not leave it overnight. When I arrived they said I needed to leave it for several days, though I offered to stay and wait however long was needed--Oh no, I was told, there are so many others before you. I left with no help, having added time to a long workday with no reward. I understand others needing attention and taking my place in line. What I do not understand is being told something can happen if I can wait, arriving and being told that was not possible. That is not a responsible way to treat customers.

Iam very satisfied with my merchandise great job customer service was very helpful it is very difficult to find people who are helpful or try to do the right thing job well done

Best thing I could have got it help me get a brand new IPad then Apple Pencil and the Magic Keyboard for only 699 for all of it and I will be continuing to pay for my membership
