I recently joined the Best Buy Plus membership, and it’s been well worth the investment! The added perks are fantastic, especially the free shipping on most items and exclusive deals. I find myself shopping here often, so the member discounts really help save on tech and electronics I’d be buying anyway. Plus, the extended return window is super convenient, giving me peace of mind if I’m uncertain about a purchase. Overall, the membership adds a lot of value if you’re a frequent Best Buy shopper like me – definitely recommend it for anyone looking to get more out of their tech buys!

We have purchased our appliances and tech equipment at Best Buy for years. The sales associates are so knowledgeable and helpful, taking the stress out of shopping. All our questions answered, and in a world we didn't grow up with technology, an otherwise stressful shopping trip is done with ease! We purchased a package deal of appliances and had to do some exchanges. However, every associate assisting us was professional, friendly and provided outstanding service as were those who setup our appliances especially the Geek Squad. We are very pleased with the service we received as well as the timeliness of delivery and setup.

The benefits of the unique rewards is a great perk of having the membership. I am hoping in the future, they allow just my best buy plus members to make purchases first on highly sought after collectibles. This would make customers get the membership and slow down the bots. Win-Win

Thanks to the membership I have provided my self with tablet for work and business. In the moment when I bought this tablet, I truly was happy to have Best Buy card so i can afford and buy best quality and get best offer ever. We purchased a TV as our other one died. John was soo professional, and helped and answered all of our questions. When I got home, I was looking over the paperwork, and it also included a 6-month free to Sirius XM which was a blessing as mine was ready to expire. If you go into that department, I suggest speaking with John, we have gone back, and my husband always speaks with John. Thank you!

I’ve been a Best Buy member for a few months now, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for tech purchases. The exclusive member deals have saved me a lot, especially on electronics and accessories. I love the free shipping with no minimum purchase and the extended return window, which gives me peace of mind when buying expensive items. The early access to sales is a huge bonus too! Overall, the membership easily pays for itself, and I highly recommend it to anyone who shops at Best Buy regularly.

I would recommend it just for the fact that it gives you 60 days to return in case anything happens with any product. It comes with other features that are worth it for sure.

I purchased My Best Buy Plus membership at time of purchasing a LG OLED 65” C4 smart tv. I did not hesitate to get free standard and 2 day shipping, exclusive member prices, deals and offers, and extended 60 day extension return window on most purchases.

Normal membership and credit card. Bonus points accumulated from purchases were good. It is a shame that you do not allow sales support via phone to a local store.

I can save some money for the selected products like a new Macbook which I didn't pay for my Best Buy Plus that I got one when I purchased a new Macbook with alot of discount. Probably I should have buy next level of membership which come with AppleCare next time when I am shopping for a new Macbook in a few years. I wish this membership come with reward like collect the points with purchases to save up the points for free items or something.

So far it is worth it. I love fast shipping. I can't wait to see what other benefits we can take advantage of when we use this $400 gift card I am going to win!!!!

Was surprised and frustrated that what used to be a free service of applying a newly purchased phone screen protector now has a charge of $8. Even though I pay BB 'extra' to maybe use the membership benefits, apparently my extra money isn't enough to cover $8. I am still not worthy since I am not a 'total' member.

To be honest, I wasn’t incredibly thrilled about it, and I thought I would receive a lot more savings than I did and if I would’ve known that, I was gonna have to pay renewal fees I would’ve canceled. I wasn’t given notice that the membership was up so after it was done, I simply didn’t want to go through the motions of trying to get a refund. I have noticed that the products that I usually buy on a regular basis are either out of stock or I can find cheaper on websites like Amazon and Newegg, etc..

my nearest store is a pretty far drive, so it took me about a week to be able to bring my new pc in, which would have been past the exchange window, and i would have been stuck with the broken one and waited even longer for expensive repairs.

The membership came in handy for a big purchase. However, the special discounts are very rare on most other products sold by BestBuy. Also, the discount from the membership will count against you for price adjustments and non/membership deals. For example, I purchased a Macbook pro and used the membership for the dicount. I went into the store a few weeks later for a price adjustment based on the new sale price (excluding member special pricing); however, best buy was not willing to do the price adjustment since I already received the sale price based on my purchased membership. It seems a little unfair that non-members can access the same price I paid but for free.
