    Where is my promo certificate? Waited, waited…..

    Enrolled in annual Plus membership with the promo of receiving a $50 certificate for paying the 49.99 annual membership fee. Tax is charged to make it about a $55 dollar charge for the year. Waited 2 weeks and still no certificate. Then have to go through the nightmare of contacting customer service to check status. Went through chat, when finally got a non AI rep, chat box closes and no way to get back in. Btw when keyboard does not pop up to input in the chat during the chat, you have to close chat box. So tried to go through phone support to get certificate. After getting through AI bot, finally get a live rep, find out that I need to get transferred to a different department. They end up telling me to call back M-F during business hours cause that dept is closed on weekends. A bit frustrated at this point and used my instincts and cancelled the membership. So why the 2 star rather than 1? I was able to process my cancellation request and stated I get a refund! Because of this experience, I’m still skeptical about receiving it, with the trauma of having to go through customer service in my head in order to actually receive the refund credit. We shall see!

    Your TV department was very helpful. They gave us extensive information on several products. The staff was friendly, experienced and easy to work with. When the original purchase was not working well, you picked it up and brought out a different, much more costly TV that is just perfect - thank you.

    *If you use it! I save almost $200 over the last 12 months. Thats significant because im always looking for deals and this is actually a good one. I didn't think I would actually use it that much but to my surprise, I ended up needing the items and benefited from the membership!

    I bought the TV very good price and the world program makes more cheaper. I don’t think so. You can find anywhere in this world after you get rewards. I’ll highly recommended by from.

    I think Best Buy service is pretty good and you get good discounts off of merchandise. If you are into Tech and purchase from Best Buy a lot this plan is for you.

    local store had no follow up on purchase, delivery person showed up with ice maker line but not refrigerator when Best Buy emails showed total product for delivery I tried but could not call the local store- The corporate phone call told me to drive to the store as local stores do not accept calls what kind of local business won't let you call them so I had to drive down to find out what was going on.I will never again purchase from a "local store" that you cannot call about 2 days later we got our delivery straightened out Even the sales person would not help after the sale.

    The ability to have 60 day returns on most items alone makes this membership worth it. But then the member only price cuts actually pays for the membership when you get those savings if you think about it. Solid.

    This membership saved us over $100 in price protection. Nice to be able to move forward on a purchase and installation and know you are protected from price changes.

    I bought the membership when I got a new iPad and am about to use the warranty as the volume comes on, on high when I use Spotify. I haven’t used the membership again.

    I bought this thinking I would save but really have not. Most of the deals are on their high price items in an attempt to get you to buy those instead. I will not be renewing at the end of the year. I have bought several costly appliances this year from Best Buy and did not get any good deals because of the reward program

    Watch your credit card bill. Lots of mistakes.

    I was charged twice for the same oven. And then it took me between six and eight hours speaking to five different people trying to get it straightened out. I thought it was all cleared up. They said I had to wait 7 to 10 days to get a credit. I waited 7 to 10 days and called the credit card. There was no credit. This credit card has a 30% interest rate on it so when you’re being charged $6000 rather than $3900 it makes a big difference. I’ve now spent another several hours with the credit card and with Best Buy. Hopefully it’s straightened out. I will know in another 7 to 10 days. Also, Best Buy will not meet ad prices from other companies. I was told they would. Having to deal with Pacific sales, Best Buy, and Best Buy credit card is a real headache. I don’t even have the oven yet so I can’t review the oven just the horrendous Best Buy plus.

    Thus membership had real value to us as it extends the product return time period. Critical when our brand new Frigidaire died after a month, just beyond the regular return period.
