I'm very happy with my membership; I feel protected and can take advantage of many benefits it offers on my purchases.

The only reason I got it was for the extended price match, but I had trouble getting the price match, when the price of my product was reduced. The person who rang up the original sale, bundled the price of the product with the delivery, I think, so when I went in, I couldn't get the price match of the product against the bundled price. He was able to give me the $50 discount off the install fee, but I missed out on the discount on the tax that I paid originally for the product.

The store employee that told us all about the Best Buy Plus membership implied we would get $150 cash back by signing up, it would save us money. Well, it's really coupons worth that if you quickly within a month or so, buy something else at Best Buy. A bit of a difference, not exactly what was promised.

The value of a 5 year membership was really explained to us especially for a dish washer made buying the warrenty an easy decision. The sales person did an excellent job.

The retail space is important as there are many models that portray a similar product but are difficult to really see the out come.

The washer & Dryer work great! Take your time read the manual not all washer & dryers are the same.

I signed up for the membership a couple years ago and it’s honestly been worth it. The free 2-day shipping alone makes it super convenient, and I like having early access to sales and exclusive member pricing. If you shop at Best Buy even semi-regularly, it pays for itself pretty quickly. The 60-Day return window is also a huge bonus.

I like the fact that this can be canceled at anytime if needed. Worth the money regardless.

although the order was not delivered on time when i ask assistance from customer service they did an excellent job. it was surprise gift but got delayed. all good
