I purchased a new Mac laptop and joined the membership. By joining I earned 210 dollars to spend. So spending 50 to get 210 was a no brainer.

e were sold the 'membership' on 4/9/25 when we purchased a Samsung TV for $1199.00. The salesperson said he was quite 'sure' the TV we bought would have a reduction in price within a short time, and we would get the benefit of that, plus others. The TV has NOT gone on sale, thus no discount to us, PLUS as it turns out the Membership will be of little use to us since we live across the lake in Plattsburghl When i called, the rep checked and said NO service here, even IF we are williing to pay more!

Like the protection I get on items I buy at Best Buy

I just started and cannot give a real judgement yet.

I bought this thinking I would save but really have not. Most of the deals are on their high price items in an attempt to get you to buy those instead. I will not be renewing at the end of the year. I have bought several costly appliances this year from Best Buy and did not get any good deals because of the reward program

The customer service staff was polite, although he was frustrated with me for coming back and and asking questions as I would walk away to get my head clear about what he was saying and what he could do for me. He helped spot someone illegally trying to get my information, which I am eternally grateful for.

This is a value if you are purchasing many items or frequently purchase otems

This membership is a real value. Great prices on good products. Very happy with my TV purchase. Had the geek squad map my new 77-in Samsung TV. They did a great job and very quick. They call the very next day to see if I had any questions or anything that they needed to do. So thumbs up.

I applied for this membership when I purchased an air fryer. Best Buy offered $40 off the fryer. I need to see member-only offers, and hopefully can take advantage of the membership. So far, so good.

I hadn't been in a Best Buy store for many years. I purchased a HP Desktop combo. Although I had to make 3 visits to the store; I was treated with the utmost respect. I'm a senior & have been retired for 8 years. It's definitely been a learning curve to familiarize myself with a touch screen, Wi-Fi mouse & keyboard & a very wide screen. All of the Best Buy employees were very forthcoming in explaining every detail to make my purchase even easier on me. On my 2nd visit, one of the employees greeted me with such enthusiasm & made my visit even more worthwhile dealing with the Geek Squad & customer service.

This membership is worth it. Just think what it wod be if you needed have it when there is a time it is needed.

This is a great choice for those of you who want to maximize the value of your electronic investments! Also, perfect for those who aren't quite sure what version of a product is best and need longer than 14 days to decide. Definitely recommend this at the LEAST when purchasing with Best Buy!
