We don’t have to pay extra for coverage of the product we purchased. we are customers for a long time , but weren’t a member so I want to thank the sale rep for telling us about the membership.

The membership allowed us to get a lower price on the TV if the price dropped within three months. When the price dropped within a week, we saved about $400. Thus, the cost of the membership was well worth it.
