Seemed to be a good idea at the time, extended the return time for electronics and put me onto better deal offers. Will keep it a year and then decide whether the benefit is worth another year.

The free shipping and exclusive discounts on popular electronics have saved me a good amount of money.I would recommend the membership to anyone who frequently shops at Best Buy and wants to save time and money.

Bought for insurance on oled tv. Didnt have to utilize it. I did get a high quality system though. Insurance probably wasnt worth it in my case.

Best Buy is a good place to buy major appliances, TVs, etc. but those purchases are not made everyday. And there are many choices, so Best Buy has a lot of competition. I really don't know exactly what I get for the money I spend on the "BB Plus" membership, but I don't think it would be worth paying for. I just don't have the time or desire to want to explore and search for all the benefits of all the cards from all the retail sellers every time I make a decision to buy something.

This is a great value and will be so useful for purchases and help needed in the future.

Took longer than expected to receive the replacement for my screen protector

If you need hands on tech support all the time, this is probably a good service/membership. I was hoping there would be more relevant member-exclusive items available. Most of the member exclusive items or pricing are for "random" things that aren't very desirable. This does not appear to offer any tangible benefit or priority for hard to get items, or items that sell out quickly. Would be nice if the membership service was a way to differentiate a real account/user from the army of bots- but I understand that is a complex issue/situation.

When purchasing my laptop, I added the Best Buy Plus membership. The perks that come with the membership will pay make it pay for itself. I also got a discount on the NFL Sunday Ticket YouTube subscription.
