Best Buy has buy for one of the best memberships that I have agreed to. I have no complaints about the company buy for the best hand down.

Best decision worth the purchase really recommend it

I am never disappointed by products I get from Best Buy. Their description service offers so many benefits and their product protection plans are amazing.

I got this membership earlier this year when I bought a TV, sound bar and a washing machine. The three main reasons were (a) extension of the return period from 14 days to 60 days (2) 60 day price match and (3) 2 year extended warranty beyond the original manufacturers warranty. Since then, I have discovered that many of the geek squad services are covered for FREE! I had my desktop upgraded with a new SSD hard drive, graphics card and a power supply and a laptop with a new SSD. All of the diagnostics, installation, testing were all done professionally and covered! Then there are member discounts on many items. Geek squad coverage for your cell phone if you buy from them. I highly recommend this membership if you are buying expensive electronics, considering a cell phone or computer component upgrades!

The membership is a good program for those that shop at Best Buy reguarly. My one objection to the program is that the rewards achieved expire in only a month or two and in "paid for" program membership rewards should not expire in less than a year.

I been Best Buy premium member client for year an and I love it. Every staff member knows me by my name at local Best Buy. I boy lot of tv so it’s worth the membership as it gives you discount on installation. Also special discounts and exclusive deals. I love it and will continue being a member.

On 11/7/24, at the Best Buy in Tinley Pk I had an awesome experience with both Steve the sales rep and Tie & Renee of the Geek Squad. They were so helpful they went above and beyond to help install and get my new Apple iPad ready for use. I am a 68 year old woman, Not very tech savvy at all, but do enough to accomplish all my needs. They were so helpful, Patient, In downloading all of my purchases to my new iPad. This type of Customer Service is to be commended. Five Thumbs up for Tie & Renee of the Geek Squad & Steve the Sale Rep. Thank you, A Very Satisfied Customer.

It made sense when we got,and when looking. As not a big electronics purchaser, thinking about-/+ it does have value.

I can save some money for the selected products like a new Macbook which I didn't pay for my Best Buy Plus that I got one when I purchased a new Macbook with alot of discount. Probably I should have buy next level of membership which come with AppleCare next time when I am shopping for a new Macbook in a few years. I wish this membership come with reward like collect the points with purchases to save up the points for free items or something.

Trying for first time. Simple benefits hopefully would help.

The extended return window policy is the best one. The occasional sales prices are ok The reward certificate bonuses are nice when available on something you plan to buy regardless. (This is not an incentive to buy something you wont use just because of the bonus. I would not do that).

Save me a lot of money on getting a laptop! And also give me access to more deals. I really liked it when I had it!

It isn't as easy to get the right product or refund if not meet the right decision. Bestbuy employees made me more than easy for my home find. My dad shops more than me. He had never felt mis understood about his product before he bought it. They are very geniune

Membership is good but it was better before When you could get free delivery and free installation
