I was able to get a year free with my purchase and it's been great.

Communication for warranty services is major concern. Transfers between departments, wrong phone numbers on websites, creates distrust. Service rep was fantastic. He knew what he was doing and extremely helpful in resolving problems

I had to return a PC due to a black screen. It was a few weeks beyond the normal return date. My membership allowed me almost 90% credit.

Membership isn’t too expensive which is nice. I do wish it included free shipping though. Some items seem to be excluded.

It’s nice that there are different membership packages and the prices are good with how expensive everything can be!!! Very cool to see all the membership benefits and have the extra Best Buy support and all the extra awesomeness that come with it

Honestly this is such a good deal, and you get access to so much!

The membership doesn't give you really good deals, they basically subtract the money of the subscription and other 20 dollars and that's it, the deals are very random and useless. Good points for extending warranty from 15 to 60 days. Other than that is not very useful.

Discounts add up if you buy enough stuff over the year

Becoming a Best Buy credit card holder was a great decision. I get very worthy deals and random gift certificates to use online and in-store. I even got this membership for free. You can’t go wrong with getting a Best Buy credit card.

The membership proved to be a GREAT value in terms of Best Buy itself!! The customer service and the discounts alone are a great seller!! However, beware of WHO is shipping your package. They can only help so much on this end. FedEx is chronically the worst shipper and Best Buy can't help when they lose/damage your package beyond a refund...IF it makes it to your home. Beyond that, I highly recommend Best Buy Plus.

This membership paid for itself in less than one month. I was able to get the sale price a month after my purchase with an easy phone call to Best Buy. They credited my account right then for the difference between what I paid and the new sale price. Super service and I will be using this feature a lot in the future.

The biggest reason I bought this was because of the discount you get on the NFL football package through YouTube.

I’ve gotten good service and good value from my membership. I initially agreed to this membership to get a discount on one purchase. However, I’ve used it since then for several more. The chat support has been excellent and helped me with price matching and other discounts.

Definitely one of those just get it because it will come in handy deals. I was buying a completely different item and was asked about the membership. I said yes and have been benefiting from it ever since. From rebates to specials sales, and have been able to get great products from this great store.

Great idea if you are going to use it. I like to bank my rewards, so I can use them toward a larger purchase and not get tons of $5 rebates.

I really only bought the membership bc I was buying a new TV, but the benefits and discounts have been great!

I have only used my benefit once since signing up for it. It is for my Jitterbug Smart 3 cell phone. Being a rookie with a cell phone it was a bit frustrating at first but as my knowledge has progressed, my frustration has lessened. I found the Geek Squad ok....they also were not able to fix some of my lack of knowledge issues and referred me back to Lively. All in all I find willingness to try to support but only average ability. Thank you for attempting but I must admit I left the store disappointed.

Good membership for the value but it could be better perks like 90 day returns instead of 60 currently.

Our Kitchen aid refrigerator had factory defect, they change it to Whirpool upon delivery another damage happened and returned again. I am very unhappy about this products. I will not recomend to my friends and family...Very much disappointed.!!!
