honestly it may not be worth it to purchase this membership, I used it maybe four times over the year and it never gave me any discounts really that I can remember. I don't shop at Best buy that often but I did get a 86-in television and it never gave me any points back as well as earbuds for a couple of times and it never gave me any points I don't remember getting any freebies from this membership.

I already saved more than what I paid for in the membership. So worth it!

Allowed me to have extra days to return a defective cell phone and get it replaced with a new one even though they claimed it shouldn't have when I got to the store. The chat agent told me it did and the store honored their promise.

I am always able to get my questions answered quickly and the team is super friendly. The member pricing certainly helps and I find a lot of savings on a wide variety or products. For the price the service, discount, and additional return window is well worth the money.

i liked wide variety of Electronic product availability and discount prices offered. Liked tailor made notification to suit ones needs. Will always check price of any product in bestbuy befor make a choice.

The membership I think is worth it when you are buying Best Buy products to insure you get the best deals, coverage, and financing which is amazing if you get the Best Buy credit card with cash back is also helpful in the store with saving more money.

When I joined this, I misunderstood that I was getting YouTube TV instead of just the YouTube premium, which I already have. That’s actually my fault that I didn’t understand what I was going to get. I did like the help I got in picking out the speaker that I bought.

Love the value of the membership and special offers.

The membership has some value but it was misrepresented by the sales person. I like the 60 day price match which was one of reasons why it was purchased. The sales person explained due to a promotion that was currently running, we would receive our membership fee back in 3 weeks. After many, many calls we were informed the sales person made a mistake and the promotion did not apply. The membership fee does not justify the benefits.

Thank you Best Buy and the Geek Squad for a timely outstanding delivery and set of my new tv and sound bar!
