I am so glad I pressed the option to speak to a store representative when I was trying to make a purchase of a freezer. She was so helpful and mentioned the membership, which I was hesitant to sign up for at first, but she explained that I could save an additional $100 on my purchase plus qualify for an additional savings throughout the year. After listening to her it was a no brainer but to sign up. My membership has already more than paid for itself several times over by saving me on other purchases since signing up.

Best Buy had the best prices, and products compared to many competitors, plus the free financing for 24 months made my move so much easier!!! I’ve also had to purchase 2 new TV’s amend mounts. The staff involved were all professional and very helpful

Really worth it, even if you buy a couple items or 2. I was very surpirsed that best buy has some of the best deals on top of the membership benefits. Its worth it if you buy things that best buy sells semi-regularly. It doesn't have to be too often to make it worth it.

My "Best Buy Plus" membership is one of the best decisions I have made! I love the service I get with it! I love the perks I get with it, also. Such as, the access to sales, events and products , as well as, the special member pricing! Since, I live a super busy lifestyle the free 2-day shipping is time saving & helpful! Because I live a super busy lifestyle the 60 day return window is super helpful, also! My Best Plus membership is one of the best decisions I have made! Even though, "good customer service" isn't mentioned as part of the membership, I love that Best Buy employees don't mind explaining in detail what I need to get the best value out of items that I am considering. Especially, when it comes to electronics and appliances.

Membership value feels average to good. The 60-day return is a nice perk, and very occasionally there might be a decent dollar bonus reward for spending on select categories. Most member discounts feel weak but they do occasionally drop a good deal or two that at the least makes up for the membership fee. Overall, if you shop at bestbuy a lot, it's decent.

In the past, Samsung had good sound and picture and was the cheapest at Best Buy. Now, like everyone else, it is overly digital sounding (harsh and not real...I call it scratchy-sounding). I wanted a simple TV like the last two Samsung's I got about 5 years ago (funny, both went out on the same weekend) but now there is way too much complication from pushing of products/services
