Purchased the membership as I was told I'd receive $50 off my purchase, making the membership a more valuable option. That did not happen and most items online don't seem to be fulfilled by Best Buy so they don't receive any membership discounts.

I was skeptical about purchasing this membership. Ended up getting it because the rewards dollars basically cover the cost of year one. I’ve saved so much more already. Very pleased with the membership.

I’ve always purchased my TV’s, speakers and other gadgets from Best Buy. I always get good products, best customer service online and in store. I’ve always been offered warranties and other helpful options. Best Buy is the epitome of true customer service.

Excellent experience. Initially I was septical as price match will be honoured on some pretext or other. Best Buy was was extremly nice. I find Best Buy membership is very good & a good value of membership money.

Just like the title of this review says - the cost of this membership is such a mute point once you realize how much money you can save. For example, I signed up for daily emails with a list of all products going on sale that day - I've seen laptops go for 50% off of their original price (not a basic cheap laptop, but one equipped with AMD Ryzen 7, 12GB RAM, 512GB SSD). I've taken advantage of so many of these deals in my first month of having this membership, and I encourage everybody to get it. If you're not interested in the daily deals and member-only pricing, maybe I can persuade you by saying that you also get an extended return window of 60 days instead of the normal 30 (with an obvious exception of 14 day returns on activatable devices such as smartphones and tablets).

The Best Buy Plus membership has proven to be a definite worthwhile value. It saves money on purchases, extends the return window and offers excellent customer attention and service. I would strongly recommend this program to all Best Buy customers.

First time we’ve had this membership. So far seems ok. I like the extended warranty option.
