First time we’ve had this membership. So far seems ok. I like the extended warranty option.

We have used the Best Buy Plus perks a few times....like the personal touch on account site. Think it will be useful!

Though I have a special talent for tangling up programs, the Geek Squad (after a bit of serious search) was able to find my missing documents, explain to me where they went and why and teach me how to continue to used them, etc. I am so happy they exist.

Got me over 100$ off of purchases so far, definitely worth the price. Used with the best buy app its great getting notifications when big discounts are out.

My salesperson was great, very knowledgeable. Understood exactly what I needed and wanted, did not pressure or try to upsell me.... Good guy.... I felt he was legitimately honest

The card is a visa credit card. I don't know how many characters I have written while trying to get to 50 to appease Best Buy.

Just get it for the year you buy an appliance. Their price guarantee is also nice to have. I’m hoping to use it for a new phone soon. Their member-only prices for appliances was quite nice, undercutting the prices for other competitors (home depot, lowes, etc).

My experience was absolutely perfect. I walked in & my salesman walked right up to me. He lead me to exactly what I needed, He gave me tips on how to get the best performance out of my sound bar. I left knowing I made the right choice. No pressure just sound advice.

Excellent program to get into if you buy something and within 60 days, it goes on sale. You automatically get your money back. All you have to do is stop in the store and they credit you

Very positive experience! Salespeople were instrumental in providing me with info on the difference between the various tvs to choose from. With the selection made I then sat back and waited for install. These guys were very good as well. My only complaint is being given a window of 7am to 7pm for delivery. The company needs to do better in this area of service.

I have enjoyed having Best Buy Plus with the exclusive access to sales and upcoming products. The free 2-day shipping has been very helpful, along with having the 60-day return policy. Best Buy has been our best choice for purchasing electronic devices as I know we will have ongoing support. Our appliances have also been top-notch, and the sales reps have gone out of their way to make sure our purchase fit our needs and our budget.

I needed help with my TV delivery and install. And my tech did a wonderful job. However, managing the delivery time, and communications in general, were a problem.

It could save you money if you’re buying the products that are on sale with membership, but not that many sales.
