The return policy is much better with the membership. This, in itself, is worth the membership.

Can't say enought about Best Buy. Computer selection can be slim somethimes but patience is always rewarded.

I get so much value out of my membership. For example, I saved money on delivery costs for my appliances.

Fine haven’t really used it yet but seems ok. So sometime I’ll use it I’m sure.

I didn't expect much, as we don't buy much from Best Buy. But then we bought a new dishwasher, which did not perform as expected. Because I made several calls to LG (the manufacturer) we did not get a resolution until after the normal return period. One of the benefits of membership is an extended return period; again, I didn't expect much. We were surprised by how effortless it was to exchange the LG for a different dishwasher. No arguments, no hassle, just a quick delivery and installation of a new machine.

The membership seems to be working well. Hopefully it will continue to be an added benefit.

I didn’t know I purchased the yearly membership until it came up on my previously purchased receipt. This is hands down the very best membership I have ever purchased. (Well…there was this time back at band camp…)sorry, I have saved tons of money and have been treated very well. The return policy is out of this world. Best Buy has earned my business and have gone over and beyond any expectations I had for them. Great membership and great customer service. Best Buy membership plus/total are a must have if you plan on purchasing anything. Best Buy sells beds, furniture, home furnishings and tons more.

It made my watch $50 cheaper and it gives you early black friday adds. It literally makes everything you buy cheaper.

Like this membership. There are items I purchased at a reduced and more affordable price because of savings AND certificates earned from other purchases. Worth it. Not always something that you need, but often enough to be beneficial.

I use it when I can, it comes in handy I will most likely be upgrading to total at some point tho for the geek squad support.
